The Ways of Ascent
| 1 | سَأَلَ سَآئِلُۢ بِعَذَابٖ وَاقِعٖsa-alaسألسَأَلَAskedsāilunسائلسَآئِلٌۢa questionerbiʿadhābinبعذاببِعَذَابٍabout a punishmentwāqiʿinواقعوَاقِعٍbound to happenA questioner questioned concerning the doom about to fallA challenger asked for a punishment bound to come[1]A supplicant asked for a punishment bound to happen[1748]A questioner asked about a Penalty to befall- |
| 2 | لِّلۡكَٰفِرِينَ لَيۡسَ لَهُۥ دَافِعٞlil'kāfirīnaللكافرينلِّلْكَٰفِرِينَTo the disbelievers,laysaليسلَيْسَnotlahuلهلَهُۥof itdāfiʿunدافعدَافِعٌany preventer.Upon the disbelievers, which none can repel,upon the disbelievers, which none can avert,To the disbelievers; of it there is no preventer.The Unbelievers, the which there is none to ward off,- |
| 3 | مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذِي ٱلۡمَعَارِجِminaمنمِّنَFroml-lahiاللهٱللَّهِAllah,dhīذيذِىOwnerl-maʿārijiالمعارجٱلْمَعَارِجِ(of) the ways of ascent.From Allah, Lord of the Ascending Stairwaysfrom Allah, Lord of the pathways of ascent,[It is] from Allāh, owner of the ways of ascent.(A Penalty) from Allah, Lord of the Ways of Ascent. |
| 4 | تَعۡرُجُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيۡهِ فِي يَوۡمٖ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُۥ خَمۡسِينَ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖtaʿrujuتعرجتَعْرُجُAscendl-malāikatuالملائكةٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُthe Angelswal-rūḥuوالروحوَٱلرُّوحُand the Spiritilayhiإليهإِلَيْهِto Himfīفيفِىinyawminيوميَوْمٍa Day,kānaكانكَانَ[is]miq'dāruhuمقدارهمِقْدَارُهُۥits measurekhamsīnaخمسينخَمْسِينَ(is) fiftyalfaألفأَلْفَthousandsanatinسنةسَنَةٍyear(s).(Whereby) the angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a Day whereof the span is fifty thousand years.by which the angels and the Spirit[2] will ascend to Him on a Day[3] the length of which is fifty thousand years.The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years.The angels and the spirit ascend unto him in a Day the measure whereof is (as) fifty thousand years: |
| 5 | فَٱصۡبِرۡ صَبۡرٗا جَمِيلًاfa-iṣ'birفاصبرفَٱصْبِرْSo be patient,ṣabranصبراصَبْرًاa patiencejamīlanجميلاجَمِيلًاgood.But be patient (O Muhammad) with a patience fair to see.So be patient [O Prophet] with beautiful patience.So be patient with gracious patience.Therefore do thou hold Patience,- a Patience of beautiful (contentment). |
| 6 | إِنَّهُمۡ يَرَوۡنَهُۥ بَعِيدٗاinnahumإنهمإِنَّهُمْIndeed, theyyarawnahuيرونهيَرَوْنَهُۥsee itbaʿīdanبعيدابَعِيدًا(as) far off.Lo! they behold it afar offIndeed, they see this [punishment] far off,Indeed, they see it [as] distant,They see the (Day) indeed as a far-off (event): |
| 7 | وَنَرَىٰهُ قَرِيبٗاwanarāhuونراهوَنَرَىٰهُBut We see itqarībanقريباقَرِيبًاnear.While we behold it nigh:but We see it to be close at hand.But We see it [as] near.But We see it (quite) near. |
| 8 | يَوۡمَ تَكُونُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ كَٱلۡمُهۡلِyawmaيوميَوْمَ(The) Day -takūnuتكونتَكُونُwill bel-samāuالسماءٱلسَّمَآءُthe skykal-muh'liكالمهلكَٱلْمُهْلِlike molten copper,The day when the sky will become as molten copper,On the Day when the sky will be like molten brass[4]On the Day the sky will be like murky oil,[1749]The Day that the sky will be like molten brass, |
| 9 | وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِwatakūnuوتكونوَتَكُونُAnd will bel-jibāluالجبالٱلْجِبَالُthe mountainskal-ʿih'niكالعهنكَٱلْعِهْنِlike wool,And the hills become as flakes of wool,and the mountains will be like dyed wool[5],And the mountains will be like wool,[1750]And the mountains will be like wool, |
| 10 | وَلَا يَسۡـَٔلُ حَمِيمٌ حَمِيمٗاwalāولاوَلَاAnd notyasaluيسأليَسْـَٔلُwill askḥamīmunحميمحَمِيمٌa friendḥamīmanحميماحَمِيمًا(about) a friend.And no familiar friend will ask a question of his friendand no close friend will ask about another,And no friend will ask [anything of] a friend,And no friend will ask after a friend, |
| 11 | يُبَصَّرُونَهُمۡۚ يَوَدُّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُ لَوۡ يَفۡتَدِي مِنۡ عَذَابِ يَوۡمِئِذِۭ بِبَنِيهِyubaṣṣarūnahumيبصرونهميُبَصَّرُونَهُمْThey will be made to see each other.yawadduيوديَوَدُّWould wishl-muj'rimuالمجرمٱلْمُجْرِمُthe criminallawلولَوْifyaftadīيفتدييَفْتَدِىhe (could be) ransomedminمنمِنْfromʿadhābiعذابعَذَابِ(the) punishmentyawmi-idhinيومئذيَوْمِئِذٍۭ(of) that Daybibanīhiببنيهبِبَنِيهِby his children,Though they will be given sight of them. The guilty man will long to be able to ransom himself from the punishment of that day at the price of his childreneven though they will see one another. The wicked will wish he could ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by offering his children,They will be shown each other. The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his childrenThough they will be put in sight of each other,- the sinner's desire will be: Would that he could redeem himself from the Penalty of that Day by (sacrificing) his children, |
| 12 | وَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَأَخِيهِwaṣāḥibatihiوصاحبتهوَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦAnd his spousewa-akhīhiوأخيهوَأَخِيهِand his brother,And his spouse and his brotherand his wife and his brother,And his wife and his brotherHis wife and his brother, |
| 13 | وَفَصِيلَتِهِ ٱلَّتِي تُـٔۡوِيهِwafaṣīlatihiوفصيلتهوَفَصِيلَتِهِAnd his nearest kindredallatīالتيٱلَّتِىwhotu'wīhiتؤويهتُـْٔوِيهِsheltered him,And his kin that harboured himand his kindred who stood by him,And his nearest kindred who shelter himHis kindred who sheltered him, |
| 14 | وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِwamanومنوَمَنAnd whoeverfīفيفِى(is) onl-arḍiالأرضٱلْأَرْضِthe earthjamīʿanجميعاجَمِيعًاall,thummaثمثُمَّthenyunjīhiينجيهيُنجِيهِit (could) save him.And all that are in the earth, if then it might deliver him.and everyone on earth, just to save himself.And whoever is on earth entirely [so] then it could save him.And all, all that is on earth,- so it could deliver him: |
| 15 | كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰkallāكلاكَلَّآBy no means!innahāإنهاإِنَّهَاIndeed, it (is)laẓāلظىلَظَىٰsurely a Flame of Hell,But nay! for lo! it is the fire of hellBy no means![6] It is a raging Flame,No![1751] Indeed, it is the Flame [of Hell],By no means! for it would be the Fire of Hell!- |
| 16 | نَزَّاعَةٗ لِّلشَّوَىٰnazzāʿatanنزاعةنَزَّاعَةًA removerlilshawāللشوىلِّلشَّوَىٰof the skin of the head,Eager to roast;that will strip off the scalps[7].A remover of exteriors.[1752]Plucking out (his being) right to the skull!- |
| 17 | تَدۡعُواْ مَنۡ أَدۡبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰtadʿūتدعوتَدْعُواْInvitingmanمنمَنْ(him) whoadbaraأدبرأَدْبَرَturned his backwatawallāوتولىوَتَوَلَّىٰand went awayIt calleth him who turned and fled (from truth),It will call everyone who turned their backs and disobeyed,It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [from obedience]Inviting (all) such as turn their backs and turn away their faces (from the Right). |
| 18 | وَجَمَعَ فَأَوۡعَىٰٓwajamaʿaوجمعوَجَمَعَAnd collectedfa-awʿāفأوعىفَأَوْعَىٰٓand hoarded.And hoarded (wealth) and withheld it.and amassed and hoarded wealth.And collected [wealth] and hoarded.And collect (wealth) and hide it (from use)! |
| 19 | ۞ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًاinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,l-insānaالإنسانٱلْإِنسَٰنَthe mankhuliqaخلقخُلِقَwas createdhalūʿanهلوعاهَلُوعًاanxious -Lo! man was created anxious,Indeed, man was created impatient:Indeed, mankind was created anxious:Truly man was created very impatient;- |
| 20 | إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعٗاidhāإذاإِذَاWhenmassahuمسهمَسَّهُtouches himl-sharuالشرٱلشَّرُّthe evil,jazūʿanجزوعاجَزُوعًاdistressed.Fretful when evil befalleth himwhen evil befalls him, he bewails,When evil touches him, impatient,Fretful when evil touches him; |
| 21 | وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلۡخَيۡرُ مَنُوعًاwa-idhāوإذاوَإِذَاAnd whenmassahuمسهمَسَّهُtouches himl-khayruالخيرٱلْخَيْرُthe good,manūʿanمنوعامَنُوعًاwithholding,And, when good befalleth him, grudging;but when good fortune comes his way, he becomes tight-fisted –And when good touches him, withholding [of it],And niggardly when good reaches him;- |
| 22 | إِلَّا ٱلۡمُصَلِّينَillāإلاإِلَّاExceptl-muṣalīnaالمصلينٱلْمُصَلِّينَthose who pray -Save worshippers.except those who pray,Except the observers of prayer -Not so those devoted to Prayer;- |
| 23 | ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمۡ دَآئِمُونَalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَThose whohumهمهُمْ[they]ʿalāعلىعَلَىٰatṣalātihimصلاتهمصَلَاتِهِمْtheir prayerdāimūnaدائموندَآئِمُونَ(are) constant,Who are constant at their worshipwho are steadfast in their prayers;Those who are constant in their prayerThose who remain steadfast to their prayer; |
| 24 | وَٱلَّذِينَ فِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ مَّعۡلُومٞwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whofīفيفِىٓinamwālihimأموالهمأَمْوَٰلِهِمْtheir wealthḥaqqunحقحَقٌّ(is) a rightmaʿlūmunمعلوممَّعْلُومٌknown,And in whose wealth there is a right acknowledgedand who give a due share[8] of their wealthAnd those within whose wealth is a known right[1753]And those in whose wealth is a recognised right. |
| 25 | لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِlilssāiliللسائللِّلسَّآئِلِFor the one who askswal-maḥrūmiوالمحروموَٱلْمَحْرُومِand the deprived,For the beggar and the destitute;to the beggar and the dispossessed;For the petitioner and the deprived -For the (needy) who asks and him who is prevented (for some reason from asking); |
| 26 | وَٱلَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whoyuṣaddiqūnaيصدقونيُصَدِّقُونَaccept (the) truthbiyawmiبيومبِيَوْمِ(of the) Dayl-dīniالدينٱلدِّينِ(of) the Judgment,And those who believe in the Day of Judgment,and who firmly believe in the Day of Judgment;And those who believe in the Day of RecompenseAnd those who hold to the truth of the Day of Judgment; |
| 27 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنۡ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشۡفِقُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whohumهمهُم[they]minمنمِّنْofʿadhābiعذابعَذَابِ(the) punishmentrabbihimربهمرَبِّهِم(of) their Lordmush'fiqūnaمشفقونمُّشْفِقُونَ(are) fearful -And those who are fearful of their Lord's doom -and those who fear the punishment of their Lord –And those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord -And those who fear the displeasure of their Lord,- |
| 28 | إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمۡ غَيۡرُ مَأۡمُونٖinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,ʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَ(the) punishmentrabbihimربهمرَبِّهِمْ(of) your Lordghayruغيرغَيْرُ(is) notmamūninمأمونمَأْمُونٍto be felt secure (of) -Lo! the doom of their Lord is that before which none can feel secure -for none can feel secure from their Lord’s punishment –Indeed, the punishment of their Lord is not that from which one is safe -For their Lord's displeasure is the opposite of Peace and Tranquillity;- |
| 29 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ لِفُرُوجِهِمۡ حَٰفِظُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whohumهمهُمْ[they]lifurūjihimلفروجهملِفُرُوجِهِمْtheir modestyḥāfiẓūnaحافظونحَٰفِظُونَ(are) guardians,And those who preserve their chastityand those who guard their private parts[9],And those who guard their private partsAnd those who guard their chastity, |
| 30 | إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزۡوَٰجِهِمۡ أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُمۡ فَإِنَّهُمۡ غَيۡرُ مَلُومِينَillāإلاإِلَّاExceptʿalāعلىعَلَىٰٓfromazwājihimأزواجهمأَزْوَٰجِهِمْtheir spousesawأوأَوْormāمامَاwhatmalakatملكتمَلَكَتْthey possessaymānuhumأيمانهمأَيْمَٰنُهُمْrightfullyfa-innahumفإنهمفَإِنَّهُمْthen indeed, theyghayruغيرغَيْرُ(are) notmalūmīnaملومينمَلُومِينَblameworthy,Save with their wives and those whom their right hands possess, for thus they are not blameworthy;except from their wives or bondwomen[10] whom they own, for then they are not to be blamed.Except from their wives or those their right hands possess,[1754] for indeed, they are not to be blamed -Except with their wives and the (captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (then) they are not to be blamed, |
| 31 | فَمَنِ ٱبۡتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡعَادُونَfamaniفمنفَمَنِBut whoeverib'taghāابتغىٱبْتَغَىٰseekswarāaوراءوَرَآءَbeyonddhālikaذلكذَٰلِكَthat,fa-ulāikaفأولئكفَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَthen thosehumuهمهُمُ[they]l-ʿādūnaالعادونٱلْعَادُونَ(are) the transgressors -But whoso seeketh more than that, those are they who are transgressors;But whoever seeks beyond that, it is they who are the transgressors.But whoever seeks beyond that, then they are the transgressors -But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors;- |
| 32 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمۡ وَعَهۡدِهِمۡ رَٰعُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whohumهمهُمْ[they]li-amānātihimلأماناتهملِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْof their trustswaʿahdihimوعهدهموَعَهْدِهِمْand their promiserāʿūnaراعونرَٰعُونَ(are) observers,And those who keep their pledges and their covenant,and those who fulfill their trusts and pledges;And those who are to their trusts and promises attentiveAnd those who respect their trusts and covenants; |
| 33 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمۡ قَآئِمُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whohumهمهُم[they]bishahādātihimبشهاداتهمبِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْin their testimoniesqāimūnaقائمونقَآئِمُونَstand firm,And those who stand by their testimonyand who are upright in their testimonies;And those who are in their testimonies uprightAnd those who stand firm in their testimonies; |
| 34 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمۡ يُحَافِظُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those who,humهمهُمْ[they]ʿalāعلىعَلَىٰonṣalātihimصلاتهمصَلَاتِهِمْtheir prayeryuḥāfiẓūnaيحافظونيُحَافِظُونَkeep a guard -And those who are attentive at their worship.and who take due care of their prayers;And those who [carefully] maintain their prayer:And those who guard (the sacredness) of their worship;- |
| 35 | أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ فِي جَنَّٰتٖ مُّكۡرَمُونَulāikaأولئكأُوْلَٰٓئِكَThosefīفيفِى(will be) injannātinجناتجَنَّٰتٍGardens,muk'ramūnaمكرمونمُّكْرَمُونَhonored.These will dwell in Gardens, honoured.they will be honored in gardens[11].They will be in gardens,[1755] honored.Such will be the honoured ones in the Gardens (of Bliss). |
| 36 | فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ قِبَلَكَ مُهۡطِعِينَfamāliفمالفَمَالِSo what is withalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَthose whokafarūكفرواكَفَرُواْdisbelieve,qibalakaقبلكقِبَلَكَbefore youmuh'ṭiʿīnaمهطعينمُهْطِعِينَ(they) hasten,What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed,What is the matter with the disbelievers that they are rushing towards you [O Prophet][12],So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muḥammad],Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee- |
| 37 | عَنِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ عِزِينَʿaniعنعَنِOnl-yamīniاليمينٱلْيَمِينِthe rightwaʿaniوعنوَعَنِand onl-shimāliالشمالٱلشِّمَالِthe left,ʿizīnaعزينعِزِينَ(in) separate groups?On the right and on the left, in groups?from the right and from the left, in crowds[13]?[To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups?[1756]From the right and from the left, in crowds? |
| 38 | أَيَطۡمَعُ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِيٕٖ مِّنۡهُمۡ أَن يُدۡخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٖayaṭmaʿuأيطمعأَيَطْمَعُDoes longkulluكلكُلُّeveryim'ri-inامرئٱمْرِئٍperson,min'humمنهممِّنْهُمْamong themanأنأَنthatyud'khalaيدخليُدْخَلَhe entersjannataجنةجَنَّةَa Gardennaʿīminنعيمنَعِيمٍ(of) Delight?Doth every man among them hope to enter the Garden of Delight?Does everyone of them aspire to enter a garden of bliss?Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure?Does every man of them long to enter the Garden of Bliss? |
| 39 | كَلَّآۖ إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَٰهُم مِّمَّا يَعۡلَمُونَkallāكلاكَلَّآBy no means!innāإناإِنَّاIndeed, Wekhalaqnāhumخلقناهمخَلَقْنَٰهُم[We] have created themmimmāممامِّمَّاfrom whatyaʿlamūnaيعلمونيَعْلَمُونَthey know.Nay, verily. Lo! We created them from what they know.By no means! We have created them from what they know[14].No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know.[1757]By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know! |
| 40 | فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَfalāفلافَلَآBut nay!uq'simuأقسمأُقْسِمُI swearbirabbiبرببِرَبِّby (the) Lordl-mashāriqiالمشارقٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ(of) the risingswal-maghāribiوالمغاربوَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِand the settings,innāإناإِنَّاthat Welaqādirūnaلقادرونلَقَٰدِرُونَ(are) surely AbleBut nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are AbleI swear by the Lord of the sunrises and sunsets[15] that We are surely CapableSo I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings[1758] that indeed We are ableNow I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- |
| 41 | عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَʿalāعلىعَلَىٰٓ[On]anأنأَنtonubaddilaنبدلنُّبَدِّلَ[We] replacekhayranخيراخَيْرًا(with) bettermin'humمنهممِّنْهُمْthan them;wamāوماوَمَاand notnaḥnuنحننَحْنُWebimasbūqīnaبمسبوقينبِمَسْبُوقِينَ(are) to be outrun.To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun.to replace them with others better than them, and none can escape Our decree.To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan). |
| 42 | فَذَرۡهُمۡ يَخُوضُواْ وَيَلۡعَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوۡمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَfadharhumفذرهمفَذَرْهُمْSo leave themyakhūḍūيخوضوايَخُوضُواْ(to) converse vainlywayalʿabūويلعبواوَيَلْعَبُواْand amuse themselvesḥattāحتىحَتَّىٰuntilyulāqūيلاقوايُلَٰقُواْthey meetyawmahumuيومهميَوْمَهُمُtheir Day,alladhīالذيٱلَّذِىwhichyūʿadūnaيوعدونيُوعَدُونَthey are promised,So let them chat and play until they meet their Day which they are promised,So leave them to engage in their falsehood and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised;So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised -So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they encounter that Day of theirs which they have been promised!- |
| 43 | يَوۡمَ يَخۡرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَجۡدَاثِ سِرَاعٗا كَأَنَّهُمۡ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٖ يُوفِضُونَyawmaيوميَوْمَ(The) Dayyakhrujūnaيخرجونيَخْرُجُونَthey will come outminaمنمِنَfroml-ajdāthiالأجداثٱلْأَجْدَاثِthe gravessirāʿanسراعاسِرَاعًاrapidlyka-annahumكأنهمكَأَنَّهُمْas if they (were)ilāإلىإِلَىٰtonuṣubinنصبنُصُبٍa goalyūfiḍūnaيوفضونيُوفِضُونَhastening,The day when they come forth from the graves in haste, as racing to a goal,the Day when they will rush out of their graves as if they are racing towards an idol[16],The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening.[1759]The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- |
| 44 | خَٰشِعَةً أَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ تَرۡهَقُهُمۡ ذِلَّةٞۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمُ ٱلَّذِي كَانُواْ يُوعَدُونَkhāshiʿatanخاشعةخَٰشِعَةًHumbledabṣāruhumأبصارهمأَبْصَٰرُهُمْtheir eyesights,tarhaquhumترهقهمتَرْهَقُهُمْwill cover themdhillatunذلةذِلَّةٌhumiliation.dhālikaذلكذَٰلِكَThatl-yawmuاليومٱلْيَوْمُ(is) the Dayalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىwhichkānūكانواكَانُواْthey wereyūʿadūnaيوعدونيُوعَدُونَpromised.With eyes aghast, abasement stupefying them: Such is the Day which they are promised.with their eyes downcast and overwhelmed with disgrace. That is the Day that they were promised.Their eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. That is the Day which they had been promised.Their eyes lowered in dejection,- ignominy covering them (all over)! such is the Day the which they are promised! |
| 1 | سَأَلَ سَائِلٌ بِعَذَابٍ وَاقِعٍ |
| 2 | لِّلْكَافِرِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَافِعٌ |
| 3 | مِّنَ اللَّهِ ذِي الْمَعَارِجِ |
| 4 | تَعْرُجُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ |
| 5 | فَاصْبِرْ صَبْرًا جَمِيلًا |
| 6 | إِنَّهُمْ يَرَوْنَهُ بَعِيدًا |
| 7 | وَنَرَاهُ قَرِيبًا |
| 8 | يَوْمَ تَكُونُ السَّمَاءُ كَالْمُهْلِ |
| 9 | وَتَكُونُ الْجِبَالُ كَالْعِهْنِ |
| 10 | وَلَا يَسْأَلُ حَمِيمٌ حَمِيمًا |
| 11 | يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ يَوَدُّ الْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِي مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذٍ بِبَنِيهِ |
| 12 | وَصَاحِبَتِهِ وَأَخِيهِ |
| 13 | وَفَصِيلَتِهِ الَّتِي تُؤْوِيهِ |
| 14 | وَمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِ |
| 15 | كَلَّا إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰ |
| 16 | نَزَّاعَةً لِّلشَّوَىٰ |
| 17 | تَدْعُو مَنْ أَدْبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ |
| 18 | وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰ |
| 19 | ۞ إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا |
| 20 | إِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ جَزُوعًا |
| 21 | وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا |
| 22 | إِلَّا الْمُصَلِّينَ |
| 23 | الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَائِمُونَ |
| 24 | وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ |
| 25 | لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ |
| 26 | وَالَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ |
| 27 | وَالَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ |
| 28 | إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٍ |
| 29 | وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ |
| 30 | إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ |
| 31 | فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ |
| 32 | وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ |
| 33 | وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَادَاتِهِمْ قَائِمُونَ |
| 34 | وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ |
| 35 | أُولَٰئِكَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ مُّكْرَمُونَ |
| 36 | فَمَالِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَ |
| 37 | عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ الشِّمَالِ عِزِينَ |
| 38 | أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٍ |
| 39 | كَلَّا إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُم مِّمَّا يَعْلَمُونَ |
| 40 | فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ |
| 41 | عَلَىٰ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ |
| 42 | فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا وَيَلْعَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ |
| 43 | يَوْمَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٍ يُوفِضُونَ |
| 44 | خَاشِعَةً أَبْصَارُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ذَٰلِكَ الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي كَانُوا يُوعَدُونَ |
| 1 | سَأَلَ سَآئِلُۢ بِعَذَابٖ وَاقِعٖsa-alaسألسَأَلَAskedsāilunسائلسَآئِلٌۢa questionerbiʿadhābinبعذاببِعَذَابٍabout a punishmentwāqiʿinواقعوَاقِعٍbound to happenA questioner questioned concerning the doom about to fallA challenger asked for a punishment bound to come[1]A supplicant asked for a punishment bound to happen[1748]A questioner asked about a Penalty to befall- |
| 2 | لِّلْكَٰفِرِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَافِعَlil'kāfirīnaللكافرينلِّلْكَٰفِرِينَTo the disbelievers,laysaليسلَيْسَnotlahuلهلَهُof itdāfiʿunدافعدَافِعٌany preventer.Upon the disbelievers, which none can repel,upon the disbelievers, which none can avert,To the disbelievers; of it there is no preventer.The Unbelievers, the which there is none to ward off,- |
| 3 | مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذِي ٱلْمَعَارِجِminaمنمِّنَFroml-lahiاللهٱللَّهِAllah,dhīذيذِىOwnerl-maʿārijiالمعارجٱلْمَعَارِجِ(of) the ways of ascent.From Allah, Lord of the Ascending Stairwaysfrom Allah, Lord of the pathways of ascent,[It is] from Allāh, owner of the ways of ascent.(A Penalty) from Allah, Lord of the Ways of Ascent. |
| 4 | تَعْرُجُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٖ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٖtaʿrujuتعرجتَعْرُجُAscendl-malāikatuالملائكةٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُthe Angelswal-rūḥuوالروحوَٱلرُّوحُand the Spiritilayhiإليهإِلَيْهِto Himfīفيفِىinyawminيوميَوْمٍa Day,kānaكانكَانَ[is]miq'dāruhuمقدارهمِقْدَارُهُits measurekhamsīnaخمسينخَمْسِينَ(is) fiftyalfaألفأَلْفَthousandsanatinسنةسَنَةٍyear(s).(Whereby) the angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a Day whereof the span is fifty thousand years.by which the angels and the Spirit[2] will ascend to Him on a Day[3] the length of which is fifty thousand years.The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years.The angels and the spirit ascend unto him in a Day the measure whereof is (as) fifty thousand years: |
| 5 | فَٱصْبِرْ صَبْرٗا جَمِيلًاfa-iṣ'birفاصبرفَٱصْبِرْSo be patient,ṣabranصبراصَبْرًاa patiencejamīlanجميلاجَمِيلًاgood.But be patient (O Muhammad) with a patience fair to see.So be patient [O Prophet] with beautiful patience.So be patient with gracious patience.Therefore do thou hold Patience,- a Patience of beautiful (contentment). |
| 6 | إِنَّهُمْ يَرَوْنَهُ بَعِيدٗاinnahumإنهمإِنَّهُمْIndeed, theyyarawnahuيرونهيَرَوْنَهُsee itbaʿīdanبعيدابَعِيدًا(as) far off.Lo! they behold it afar offIndeed, they see this [punishment] far off,Indeed, they see it [as] distant,They see the (Day) indeed as a far-off (event): |
| 7 | وَنَرَىٰهُ قَرِيبٗاwanarāhuونراهوَنَرَىٰهُBut We see itqarībanقريباقَرِيبًاnear.While we behold it nigh:but We see it to be close at hand.But We see it [as] near.But We see it (quite) near. |
| 8 | يَوْمَ تَكُونُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ كَٱلْمُهْلِyawmaيوميَوْمَ(The) Day -takūnuتكونتَكُونُwill bel-samāuالسماءٱلسَّمَآءُthe skykal-muh'liكالمهلكَٱلْمُهْلِlike molten copper,The day when the sky will become as molten copper,On the Day when the sky will be like molten brass[4]On the Day the sky will be like murky oil,[1749]The Day that the sky will be like molten brass, |
| 9 | وَتَكُونُ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَٱلْعِهْنِwatakūnuوتكونوَتَكُونُAnd will bel-jibāluالجبالٱلْجِبَالُthe mountainskal-ʿih'niكالعهنكَٱلْعِهْنِlike wool,And the hills become as flakes of wool,and the mountains will be like dyed wool[5],And the mountains will be like wool,[1750]And the mountains will be like wool, |
| 10 | وَلَا يَسْـَٔلُ حَمِيمٌ حَمِيمٗاwalāولاوَلَاAnd notyasaluيسأليَسْـَٔلُwill askḥamīmunحميمحَمِيمٌa friendḥamīmanحميماحَمِيمًا(about) a friend.And no familiar friend will ask a question of his friendand no close friend will ask about another,And no friend will ask [anything of] a friend,And no friend will ask after a friend, |
| 11 | يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْۚ يَوَدُّ ٱلْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِي مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذِۭ بِبَنِيهِyubaṣṣarūnahumيبصرونهميُبَصَّرُونَهُمْThey will be made to see each other.yawadduيوديَوَدُّWould wishl-muj'rimuالمجرمٱلْمُجْرِمُthe criminallawلولَوْifyaftadīيفتدييَفْتَدِىhe (could be) ransomedminمنمِنْfromʿadhābiعذابعَذَابِ(the) punishmentyawmi-idhinيومئذيَوْمِئِذٍۭ(of) that Daybibanīhiببنيهبِبَنِيهِby his children,Though they will be given sight of them. The guilty man will long to be able to ransom himself from the punishment of that day at the price of his childreneven though they will see one another. The wicked will wish he could ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by offering his children,They will be shown each other. The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his childrenThough they will be put in sight of each other,- the sinner's desire will be: Would that he could redeem himself from the Penalty of that Day by (sacrificing) his children, |
| 12 | وَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَأَخِيهِwaṣāḥibatihiوصاحبتهوَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦAnd his spousewa-akhīhiوأخيهوَأَخِيهِand his brother,And his spouse and his brotherand his wife and his brother,And his wife and his brotherHis wife and his brother, |
| 13 | وَفَصِيلَتِهِ ٱلَّتِي تُـْٔوِيهِwafaṣīlatihiوفصيلتهوَفَصِيلَتِهِAnd his nearest kindredallatīالتيٱلَّتِىwhotu'wīhiتؤويهتُـْٔوِيهِsheltered him,And his kin that harboured himand his kindred who stood by him,And his nearest kindred who shelter himHis kindred who sheltered him, |
| 14 | وَمَن فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعٗا ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِwamanومنوَمَنAnd whoeverfīفيفِى(is) onl-arḍiالأرضٱلْأَرْضِthe earthjamīʿanجميعاجَمِيعًاall,thummaثمثُمَّthenyunjīhiينجيهيُنجِيهِit (could) save him.And all that are in the earth, if then it might deliver him.and everyone on earth, just to save himself.And whoever is on earth entirely [so] then it could save him.And all, all that is on earth,- so it could deliver him: |
| 15 | كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰkallāكلاكَلَّآBy no means!innahāإنهاإِنَّهَاIndeed, it (is)laẓāلظىلَظَىٰsurely a Flame of Hell,But nay! for lo! it is the fire of hellBy no means![6] It is a raging Flame,No![1751] Indeed, it is the Flame [of Hell],By no means! for it would be the Fire of Hell!- |
| 16 | نَزَّاعَةٗ لِّلشَّوَىٰnazzāʿatanنزاعةنَزَّاعَةًA removerlilshawāللشوىلِّلشَّوَىٰof the skin of the head,Eager to roast;that will strip off the scalps[7].A remover of exteriors.[1752]Plucking out (his being) right to the skull!- |
| 17 | تَدْعُواْ مَنْ أَدْبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰtadʿūتدعوتَدْعُواْInvitingmanمنمَنْ(him) whoadbaraأدبرأَدْبَرَturned his backwatawallāوتولىوَتَوَلَّىٰand went awayIt calleth him who turned and fled (from truth),It will call everyone who turned their backs and disobeyed,It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [from obedience]Inviting (all) such as turn their backs and turn away their faces (from the Right). |
| 18 | وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰٓwajamaʿaوجمعوَجَمَعَAnd collectedfa-awʿāفأوعىفَأَوْعَىٰٓand hoarded.And hoarded (wealth) and withheld it.and amassed and hoarded wealth.And collected [wealth] and hoarded.And collect (wealth) and hide it (from use)! |
| 19 | ۞ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًاinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,l-insānaالإنسانٱلْإِنسَٰنَthe mankhuliqaخلقخُلِقَwas createdhalūʿanهلوعاهَلُوعًاanxious -Lo! man was created anxious,Indeed, man was created impatient:Indeed, mankind was created anxious:Truly man was created very impatient;- |
| 20 | إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعٗاidhāإذاإِذَاWhenmassahuمسهمَسَّهُtouches himl-sharuالشرٱلشَّرُّthe evil,jazūʿanجزوعاجَزُوعًاdistressed.Fretful when evil befalleth himwhen evil befalls him, he bewails,When evil touches him, impatient,Fretful when evil touches him; |
| 21 | وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًاwa-idhāوإذاوَإِذَاAnd whenmassahuمسهمَسَّهُtouches himl-khayruالخيرٱلْخَيْرُthe good,manūʿanمنوعامَنُوعًاwithholding,And, when good befalleth him, grudging;but when good fortune comes his way, he becomes tight-fisted –And when good touches him, withholding [of it],And niggardly when good reaches him;- |
| 22 | إِلَّا ٱلْمُصَلِّينَillāإلاإِلَّاExceptl-muṣalīnaالمصلينٱلْمُصَلِّينَthose who pray -Save worshippers.except those who pray,Except the observers of prayer -Not so those devoted to Prayer;- |
| 23 | ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَآئِمُونَalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَThose whohumهمهُمْ[they]ʿalāعلىعَلَىٰatṣalātihimصلاتهمصَلَاتِهِمْtheir prayerdāimūnaدائموندَآئِمُونَ(are) constant,Who are constant at their worshipwho are steadfast in their prayers;Those who are constant in their prayerThose who remain steadfast to their prayer; |
| 24 | وَٱلَّذِينَ فِيٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقَّ مَّعْلُومَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whofīفيفِىٓinamwālihimأموالهمأَمْوَٰلِهِمْtheir wealthḥaqqunحقحَقٌّ(is) a rightmaʿlūmunمعلوممَّعْلُومٌknown,And in whose wealth there is a right acknowledgedand who give a due share[8] of their wealthAnd those within whose wealth is a known right[1753]And those in whose wealth is a recognised right. |
| 25 | لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِlilssāiliللسائللِّلسَّآئِلِFor the one who askswal-maḥrūmiوالمحروموَٱلْمَحْرُومِand the deprived,For the beggar and the destitute;to the beggar and the dispossessed;For the petitioner and the deprived -For the (needy) who asks and him who is prevented (for some reason from asking); |
| 26 | وَٱلَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whoyuṣaddiqūnaيصدقونيُصَدِّقُونَaccept (the) truthbiyawmiبيومبِيَوْمِ(of the) Dayl-dīniالدينٱلدِّينِ(of) the Judgment,And those who believe in the Day of Judgment,and who firmly believe in the Day of Judgment;And those who believe in the Day of RecompenseAnd those who hold to the truth of the Day of Judgment; |
| 27 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whohumهمهُم[they]minمنمِّنْofʿadhābiعذابعَذَابِ(the) punishmentrabbihimربهمرَبِّهِم(of) their Lordmush'fiqūnaمشفقونمُّشْفِقُونَ(are) fearful -And those who are fearful of their Lord's doom -and those who fear the punishment of their Lord –And those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord -And those who fear the displeasure of their Lord,- |
| 28 | إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٖinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,ʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَ(the) punishmentrabbihimربهمرَبِّهِمْ(of) your Lordghayruغيرغَيْرُ(is) notmamūninمأمونمَأْمُونٍto be felt secure (of) -Lo! the doom of their Lord is that before which none can feel secure -for none can feel secure from their Lord’s punishment –Indeed, the punishment of their Lord is not that from which one is safe -For their Lord's displeasure is the opposite of Peace and Tranquillity;- |
| 29 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whohumهمهُمْ[they]lifurūjihimلفروجهملِفُرُوجِهِمْtheir modestyḥāfiẓūnaحافظونحَٰفِظُونَ(are) guardians,And those who preserve their chastityand those who guard their private parts[9],And those who guard their private partsAnd those who guard their chastity, |
| 30 | إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَillāإلاإِلَّاExceptʿalāعلىعَلَىٰٓfromazwājihimأزواجهمأَزْوَٰجِهِمْtheir spousesawأوأَوْormāمامَاwhatmalakatملكتمَلَكَتْthey possessaymānuhumأيمانهمأَيْمَٰنُهُمْrightfullyfa-innahumفإنهمفَإِنَّهُمْthen indeed, theyghayruغيرغَيْرُ(are) notmalūmīnaملومينمَلُومِينَblameworthy,Save with their wives and those whom their right hands possess, for thus they are not blameworthy;except from their wives or bondwomen[10] whom they own, for then they are not to be blamed.Except from their wives or those their right hands possess,[1754] for indeed, they are not to be blamed -Except with their wives and the (captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (then) they are not to be blamed, |
| 31 | فَمَنِ ٱبْتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْعَادُونَfamaniفمنفَمَنِBut whoeverib'taghāابتغىٱبْتَغَىٰseekswarāaوراءوَرَآءَbeyonddhālikaذلكذَٰلِكَthat,fa-ulāikaفأولئكفَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَthen thosehumuهمهُمُ[they]l-ʿādūnaالعادونٱلْعَادُونَ(are) the transgressors -But whoso seeketh more than that, those are they who are transgressors;But whoever seeks beyond that, it is they who are the transgressors.But whoever seeks beyond that, then they are the transgressors -But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors;- |
| 32 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whohumهمهُمْ[they]li-amānātihimلأماناتهملِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْof their trustswaʿahdihimوعهدهموَعَهْدِهِمْand their promiserāʿūnaراعونرَٰعُونَ(are) observers,And those who keep their pledges and their covenant,and those who fulfill their trusts and pledges;And those who are to their trusts and promises attentiveAnd those who respect their trusts and covenants; |
| 33 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْ قَآئِمُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whohumهمهُم[they]bishahādātihimبشهاداتهمبِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْin their testimoniesqāimūnaقائمونقَآئِمُونَstand firm,And those who stand by their testimonyand who are upright in their testimonies;And those who are in their testimonies uprightAnd those who stand firm in their testimonies; |
| 34 | وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those who,humهمهُمْ[they]ʿalāعلىعَلَىٰonṣalātihimصلاتهمصَلَاتِهِمْtheir prayeryuḥāfiẓūnaيحافظونيُحَافِظُونَkeep a guard -And those who are attentive at their worship.and who take due care of their prayers;And those who [carefully] maintain their prayer:And those who guard (the sacredness) of their worship;- |
| 35 | أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ فِي جَنَّٰتٖ مُّكْرَمُونَulāikaأولئكأُوْلَٰٓئِكَThosefīفيفِى(will be) injannātinجناتجَنَّٰتٍGardens,muk'ramūnaمكرمونمُّكْرَمُونَhonored.These will dwell in Gardens, honoured.they will be honored in gardens[11].They will be in gardens,[1755] honored.Such will be the honoured ones in the Gardens (of Bliss). |
| 36 | فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَfamāliفمالفَمَالِSo what is withalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَthose whokafarūكفرواكَفَرُواْdisbelieve,qibalakaقبلكقِبَلَكَbefore youmuh'ṭiʿīnaمهطعينمُهْطِعِينَ(they) hasten,What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed,What is the matter with the disbelievers that they are rushing towards you [O Prophet][12],So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muḥammad],Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee- |
| 37 | عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ عِزِينَʿaniعنعَنِOnl-yamīniاليمينٱلْيَمِينِthe rightwaʿaniوعنوَعَنِand onl-shimāliالشمالٱلشِّمَالِthe left,ʿizīnaعزينعِزِينَ(in) separate groups?On the right and on the left, in groups?from the right and from the left, in crowds[13]?[To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups?[1756]From the right and from the left, in crowds? |
| 38 | أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ ٱمْرِيٕٖ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٖayaṭmaʿuأيطمعأَيَطْمَعُDoes longkulluكلكُلُّeveryim'ri-inامرئٱمْرِئٍperson,min'humمنهممِّنْهُمْamong themanأنأَنthatyud'khalaيدخليُدْخَلَhe entersjannataجنةجَنَّةَa Gardennaʿīminنعيمنَعِيمٍ(of) Delight?Doth every man among them hope to enter the Garden of Delight?Does everyone of them aspire to enter a garden of bliss?Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure?Does every man of them long to enter the Garden of Bliss? |
| 39 | كَلَّآۖ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَٰهُم مِّمَّا يَعْلَمُونَkallāكلاكَلَّآBy no means!innāإناإِنَّاIndeed, Wekhalaqnāhumخلقناهمخَلَقْنَٰهُم[We] have created themmimmāممامِّمَّاfrom whatyaʿlamūnaيعلمونيَعْلَمُونَthey know.Nay, verily. Lo! We created them from what they know.By no means! We have created them from what they know[14].No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know.[1757]By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know! |
| 40 | فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَfalāفلافَلَآBut nay!uq'simuأقسمأُقْسِمُI swearbirabbiبرببِرَبِّby (the) Lordl-mashāriqiالمشارقٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ(of) the risingswal-maghāribiوالمغاربوَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِand the settings,innāإناإِنَّاthat Welaqādirūnaلقادرونلَقَٰدِرُونَ(are) surely AbleBut nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are AbleI swear by the Lord of the sunrises and sunsets[15] that We are surely CapableSo I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings[1758] that indeed We are ableNow I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- |
| 41 | عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرٗا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَʿalāعلىعَلَىٰٓ[On]anأنأَنtonubaddilaنبدلنُّبَدِّلَ[We] replacekhayranخيراخَيْرًا(with) bettermin'humمنهممِّنْهُمْthan them;wamāوماوَمَاand notnaḥnuنحننَحْنُWebimasbūqīnaبمسبوقينبِمَسْبُوقِينَ(are) to be outrun.To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun.to replace them with others better than them, and none can escape Our decree.To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan). |
| 42 | فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُواْ وَيَلْعَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَfadharhumفذرهمفَذَرْهُمْSo leave themyakhūḍūيخوضوايَخُوضُواْ(to) converse vainlywayalʿabūويلعبواوَيَلْعَبُواْand amuse themselvesḥattāحتىحَتَّىٰuntilyulāqūيلاقوايُلَٰقُواْthey meetyawmahumuيومهميَوْمَهُمُtheir Day,alladhīالذيٱلَّذِىwhichyūʿadūnaيوعدونيُوعَدُونَthey are promised,So let them chat and play until they meet their Day which they are promised,So leave them to engage in their falsehood and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised;So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised -So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they encounter that Day of theirs which they have been promised!- |
| 43 | يَوْمَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعٗا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٖ يُوفِضُونَyawmaيوميَوْمَ(The) Dayyakhrujūnaيخرجونيَخْرُجُونَthey will come outminaمنمِنَfroml-ajdāthiالأجداثٱلْأَجْدَاثِthe gravessirāʿanسراعاسِرَاعًاrapidlyka-annahumكأنهمكَأَنَّهُمْas if they (were)ilāإلىإِلَىٰtonuṣubinنصبنُصُبٍa goalyūfiḍūnaيوفضونيُوفِضُونَhastening,The day when they come forth from the graves in haste, as racing to a goal,the Day when they will rush out of their graves as if they are racing towards an idol[16],The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening.[1759]The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- |
| 44 | خَٰشِعَةً أَبْصَٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةَۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلَّذِي كَانُواْ يُوعَدُونَkhāshiʿatanخاشعةخَٰشِعَةًHumbledabṣāruhumأبصارهمأَبْصَٰرُهُمْtheir eyesights,tarhaquhumترهقهمتَرْهَقُهُمْwill cover themdhillatunذلةذِلَّةٌhumiliation.dhālikaذلكذَٰلِكَThatl-yawmuاليومٱلْيَوْمُ(is) the Dayalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىwhichkānūكانواكَانُواْthey wereyūʿadūnaيوعدونيُوعَدُونَpromised.With eyes aghast, abasement stupefying them: Such is the Day which they are promised.with their eyes downcast and overwhelmed with disgrace. That is the Day that they were promised.Their eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. That is the Day which they had been promised.Their eyes lowered in dejection,- ignominy covering them (all over)! such is the Day the which they are promised! |

| ﳑ | ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ |
| ﱋ | ﱁﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ |
| ﱎ | ﱌ ﱍ |
| ﱒ | ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ |
| ﱙ | ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ |
| ﱞ | ﱚﱛ ﱜ ﱝ |
| ﱡ | ﱟ ﱠ |
| ﱦ | ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ ﱥ |
| ﱩ | ﱧ ﱨ |
| ﱯ | ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ |
| ﱴ | ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ |
| ﱹ | ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ |
| ﱼ | ﱺ ﱻ |
| ﲂ | ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ |
| ﲈ | ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ |
| ﲋ | ﲉ ﲊ |
| ﲐ | ﲌ ﲍ ﲎ ﲏ |
| ﲗ | ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ |
| ﲝ | ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ ﲜ |
| ﲢ | ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ |
| ﲭ | ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ |
| ﲵ | ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ |
| ﲻ | ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ |
| ﳀ | ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ |
| ﳆ | ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ |
| ﳋ | ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ |
| ﳑ | ﳌ ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ |
| ﳗ | ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ ﳖ |
| ﳠ | ﳘ ﳙ ﳚ ﳛ ﳜ ﳝ ﳞ ﳟ |
| ﳧ | ﳡﳢ ﳣ ﳤ ﳥ ﳦ |
| ﳯ | ﳨ ﳩ ﳪ ﳫ ﳬ ﳭ ﳮ |
| ﱉ | ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ |
| ﱒ | ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ |
| ﱜ | ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ |
| ﱧ | ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ ﱥ ﱦ |
ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ
ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ
ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ
ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ ﳆ
ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ ﳋ ﳌ ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ
ﱁﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ
ﱌ ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ
ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ
ﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ
ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ
ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ
ﲊ ﲋ ﲌ ﲍ ﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ
ﲕ ﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ
ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ
ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ
ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ
ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ ﳆ ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ ﳋ
ﳌ ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ
ﳖ ﳗ ﳘ ﳙ ﳚ ﳛ ﳜ ﳝ ﳞ ﳟ ﳠ ﳡﳢ ﳣ ﳤ
ﳥ ﳦ ﳧ ﳨ ﳩ ﳪ ﳫ ﳬ ﳭ ﳮ ﳯ
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ
ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ
ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ
ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ ﱥ ﱦ ﱧ
سَأَلَ سَائِلٌ بِعَذَابٍ وَاقِعٍ ١ لِّلْكَافِرِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَافِعٌ ٢
مِّنَ اللَّهِ ذِي الْمَعَارِجِ ٣ تَعْرُجُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ
فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ ٤ فَاصْبِرْ صَبْرًا جَمِيلًا
٥ إِنَّهُمْ يَرَوْنَهُ بَعِيدًا ٦ وَنَرَاهُ قَرِيبًا ٧ يَوْمَ تَكُونُ السَّمَاءُ
كَالْمُهْلِ ٨ وَتَكُونُ الْجِبَالُ كَالْعِهْنِ ٩ وَلَا يَسْأَلُ حَمِيمٌ حَمِيمًا ١٠
يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ يَوَدُّ الْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِي مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذٍ بِبَنِيهِ ١١
وَصَاحِبَتِهِ وَأَخِيهِ ١٢ وَفَصِيلَتِهِ الَّتِي تُؤْوِيهِ ١٣ وَمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا
ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِ ١٤ كَلَّا إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰ ١٥ نَزَّاعَةً لِّلشَّوَىٰ ١٦ تَدْعُو مَنْ أَدْبَرَ
وَتَوَلَّىٰ ١٧ وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰ ١٨ ۞ إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا ١٩ إِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ
جَزُوعًا ٢٠ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا ٢١ إِلَّا الْمُصَلِّينَ ٢٢ الَّذِينَ هُمْ
عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَائِمُونَ ٢٣ وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ٢٤ لِّلسَّائِلِ
وَالْمَحْرُومِ ٢٥ وَالَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ ٢٦ وَالَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ
رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ ٢٧ إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٍ ٢٨ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ
لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ ٢٩ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ
فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ ٣٠ فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ ٣١
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ ٣٢ وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَادَاتِهِمْ قَائِمُونَ
٣٣ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ ٣٤ أُولَٰئِكَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ مُّكْرَمُونَ ٣٥
فَمَالِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَ ٣٦ عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ الشِّمَالِ
عِزِينَ ٣٧ أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٍ ٣٨ كَلَّا إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُم
مِّمَّا يَعْلَمُونَ ٣٩ فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ ٤٠
عَلَىٰ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ٤١ فَذَرْهُمْ
يَخُوضُوا وَيَلْعَبُوا حَتَّىٰ يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ ٤٢ يَوْمَ
يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٍ يُوفِضُونَ ٤٣
خَاشِعَةً أَبْصَارُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ذَٰلِكَ الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي كَانُوا يُوعَدُونَ ٤٤
سَأَلَ سَآئِلُۢ بِعَذَابٖ وَاقِعٖ ١ لِّلْكَٰفِرِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَافِعَ ٢
مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذِي ٱلْمَعَارِجِ ٣ تَعْرُجُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ
فِي يَوْمٖ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٖ ٤ فَٱصْبِرْ صَبْرٗا جَمِيلًا
٥ إِنَّهُمْ يَرَوْنَهُ بَعِيدٗا ٦ وَنَرَىٰهُ قَرِيبٗا ٧ يَوْمَ تَكُونُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ
كَٱلْمُهْلِ ٨ وَتَكُونُ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَٱلْعِهْنِ ٩ وَلَا يَسْـَٔلُ حَمِيمٌ حَمِيمٗا ١٠
يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْۚ يَوَدُّ ٱلْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِي مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذِۭ بِبَنِيهِ ١١
وَصَٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَأَخِيهِ ١٢ وَفَصِيلَتِهِ ٱلَّتِي تُـْٔوِيهِ ١٣ وَمَن فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعٗا
ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِ ١٤ كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰ ١٥ نَزَّاعَةٗ لِّلشَّوَىٰ ١٦ تَدْعُواْ مَنْ أَدْبَرَ
وَتَوَلَّىٰ ١٧ وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰٓ ١٨ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا ١٩ إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ
جَزُوعٗا ٢٠ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا ٢١ إِلَّا ٱلْمُصَلِّينَ ٢٢ ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ
عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَآئِمُونَ ٢٣ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِيٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقَّ مَّعْلُومَ ٢٤ لِّلسَّآئِلِ
وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ ٢٥ وَٱلَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ ٢٦ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابِ
رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ ٢٧ إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمْ غَيْرُ مَأْمُونٖ ٢٨ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ
لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَٰفِظُونَ ٢٩ إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُمْ
فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ ٣٠ فَمَنِ ٱبْتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْعَادُونَ ٣١
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ ٣٢ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْ قَآئِمُونَ
٣٣ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ ٣٤ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ فِي جَنَّٰتٖ مُّكْرَمُونَ ٣٥
فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَ ٣٦ عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ
عِزِينَ ٣٧ أَيَطْمَعُ كُلُّ ٱمْرِيٕٖ مِّنْهُمْ أَن يُدْخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٖ ٣٨ كَلَّآۖ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَٰهُم
مِّمَّا يَعْلَمُونَ ٣٩ فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ ٤٠
عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرٗا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ٤١ فَذَرْهُمْ
يَخُوضُواْ وَيَلْعَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي يُوعَدُونَ ٤٢ يَوْمَ
يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعٗا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٖ يُوفِضُونَ ٤٣
خَٰشِعَةً أَبْصَٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةَۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلَّذِي كَانُواْ يُوعَدُونَ ٤٤
ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ
ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ
ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ
