The Sovereignty
1 تَبَٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌtabārakaتباركتَبَٰرَكَBlessed isalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىHebiyadihiبيدهبِيَدِهِin Whose Handl-mul'kuالملكٱلْمُلْكُ(is) the Dominion,wahuwaوهووَهُوَand Heʿalāعلىعَلَىٰ(is) overkulliكلكُلِّeveryshayinشيءشَىْءٍthingqadīrunقديرقَدِيرٌAll-Powerful.Blessed is He in Whose hand is the Sovereignty, and, He is Able to do all things.Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion, and He is Most Capable of all things.Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent -Blessed be He in Whose hands is Dominion; and He over all things hath Power;-
2 ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ لِيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ أَيُّكُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلٗاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡغَفُورُalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىThe One Whokhalaqaخلقخَلَقَcreatedl-mawtaالموتٱلْمَوْتَdeathwal-ḥayataوالحياةوَٱلْحَيَوٰةَand lifeliyabluwakumليبلوكملِيَبْلُوَكُمْthat He may test you,ayyukumأيكمأَيُّكُمْwhich of youaḥsanuأحسنأَحْسَنُ(is) bestʿamalanعملاعَمَلًا(in) deed.wahuwaوهووَهُوَAnd Hel-ʿazīzuالعزيزٱلْعَزِيزُ(is) the All-Mighty,l-ghafūruالغفورٱلْغَفُورُthe Oft-Forgiving.Who hath created life and death that He may try you which of you is best in conduct; and He is the Mighty, the Forgiving,Who created death and life to test you as to which of you is best in deeds, and He is the All-Mighty, the Most Forgiving.[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving -He Who created Death and Life, that He may try which of you is best in deed: and He is the Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving;-
3 ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبۡعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٖ طِبَاقٗاۖ مَّا تَرَىٰ فِي خَلۡقِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مِن تَفَٰوُتٖۖ فَٱرۡجِعِ ٱلۡبَصَرَ هَلۡ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورٖalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىThe One Whokhalaqaخلقخَلَقَcreatedsabʿaسبعسَبْعَsevensamāwātinسماواتسَمَٰوَٰتٍheavensṭibāqanطباقاطِبَاقًاone above another.مامَّاNottarāترىتَرَىٰyou seeفيفِىinkhalqiخلقخَلْقِ(the) creationl-raḥmāniالرحمنٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ(of) the Most Graciousminمنمِنanytafāwutinتفاوتتَفَٰوُتٍfault.fa-ir'jiʿiفارجعفَٱرْجِعِSo returnl-baṣaraالبصرٱلْبَصَرَthe vision,halهلهَلْcantarāترىتَرَىٰyou seeminمنمِنanyfuṭūrinفطورفُطُورٍflaw?Who hath created seven heavens in harmony. Thou (Muhammad) canst see no fault in the Beneficent One's creation; then look again: Canst thou see any rifts?Who created seven heavens one above another; you will not see any imperfection[1] in the creation of the Most Compassionate. Look again; can you see any flaw?[And] who created seven heavens in layers.[1712] You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks?He Who created the seven heavens one above another: No want of proportion wilt thou see in the Creation of (Allah) Most Gracious. So turn thy vision again: seest thou any flaw?
4 ثُمَّ ٱرۡجِعِ ٱلۡبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيۡنِ يَنقَلِبۡ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡبَصَرُ خَاسِئٗا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٞthummaثمثُمَّThenir'jiʿiارجعٱرْجِعِreturnl-baṣaraالبصرٱلْبَصَرَthe visionkarratayniكرتينكَرَّتَيْنِtwice (again).yanqalibينقلبيَنقَلِبْWill returnilaykaإليكإِلَيْكَto youl-baṣaruالبصرٱلْبَصَرُthe visionkhāsi-anخاسئاخَاسِئًاhumbledwahuwaوهووَهُوَwhile itḥasīrunحسيرحَسِيرٌ(is) fatigued.Then look again and yet again, thy sight will return unto thee weakened and made dim.Then look again and again; your sight will turn back to you humbled and weary.Then return [your] vision twice again.[1713] [Your] vision will return to you humbled while it is fatigued.Again turn thy vision a second time: (thy) vision will come back to thee dull and discomfited, in a state worn out.
5 وَلَقَدۡ زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِمَصَٰبِيحَ وَجَعَلۡنَٰهَا رُجُومٗا لِّلشَّيَٰطِينِۖ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لَهُمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلسَّعِيرِwalaqadولقدوَلَقَدْAnd certainlyzayyannāزينازَيَّنَّاWe have beautifiedl-samāaالسماءٱلسَّمَآءَthe heavenl-dun'yāالدنياٱلدُّنْيَاnearestbimaṣābīḥaبمصابيحبِمَصَٰبِيحَwith lamps,wajaʿalnāhāوجعلناهاوَجَعَلْنَٰهَاand We have made themrujūmanرجومارُجُومًا(as) missileslilshayāṭīniللشياطينلِّلشَّيَٰطِينِfor the devils,wa-aʿtadnāوأعتدناوَأَعْتَدْنَاand We have preparedlahumلهملَهُمْfor themʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَpunishmentl-saʿīriالسعيرٱلسَّعِيرِ(of) the Blaze.And verily We have beautified the world's heaven with lamps, and We have made them missiles for the devils, and for them We have prepared the doom of flame.We have adorned the lowest heaven with lamps and have made them as missiles to stone the devils[2], and We have prepared for them the punishment of the Blazing Fire.And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with lamps [i.e., stars] and have made [from] them what is thrown at the devils[1714] and have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze.And we have, (from of old), adorned the lowest heaven with Lamps, and We have made such (Lamps) (as) missiles to drive away the Evil Ones, and have prepared for them the Penalty of the Blazing Fire.
6 وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمۡ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُwalilladhīnaوللذينوَلِلَّذِينَAnd for those whokafarūكفرواكَفَرُواْdisbelievedbirabbihimبربهمبِرَبِّهِمْin their Lordʿadhābuعذابعَذَابُ(is the) punishmentjahannamaجهنمجَهَنَّمَ(of) Hell,wabi'saوبئسوَبِئْسَand wretched isl-maṣīruالمصيرٱلْمَصِيرُthe destination.And for those who disbelieve in their Lord there is the doom of hell, a hapless journey's end!For those who disbelieve in their Lord there will be the punishment of Hell. What a terrible destination!And for those who disbelieved in their Lord is the punishment of Hell, and wretched is the destination.For those who reject their Lord (and Cherisher) is the Penalty of Hell: and evil is (such), Destination.
7 إِذَآ أُلۡقُواْ فِيهَا سَمِعُواْ لَهَا شَهِيقٗا وَهِيَ تَفُورُidhāإذاإِذَآWhenul'qūألقواأُلْقُواْthey are thrownfīhāفيهافِيهَاtherein,samiʿūسمعواسَمِعُواْthey will hearlahāلهالَهَاfrom itshahīqanشهيقاشَهِيقًاan inhalingwahiyaوهيوَهِىَwhile ittafūruتفورتَفُورُboils up.When they are flung therein they hear its roaring as it boileth up,When they are thrown in it, they will hear its roaring as it boils up,When they are thrown into it, they hear from it a [dreadful] inhaling while it boils up.When they are cast therein, they will hear the (terrible) drawing in of its breath even as it blazes forth,
8 تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ ٱلۡغَيۡظِۖ كُلَّمَآ أُلۡقِيَ فِيهَا فَوۡجٞ سَأَلَهُمۡ خَزَنَتُهَآ أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَذِيرٞtakāduتكادتَكَادُIt almosttamayyazuتميزتَمَيَّزُburstsminaمنمِنَfroml-ghayẓiالغيظٱلْغَيْظِrage.kullamāكلماكُلَّمَآEvery timeul'qiyaألقيأُلْقِىَis thrownfīhāفيهافِيهَاthereinfawjunفوجفَوْجٌa group,sa-alahumسألهمسَأَلَهُمْ(will) ask themkhazanatuhāخزنتهاخَزَنَتُهَآits keepers,alamألمأَلَمْ"Did notyatikumيأتكميَأْتِكُمْcome to younadhīrunنذيرنَذِيرٌa warner?"As it would burst with rage. Whenever a (fresh) host is flung therein the wardens thereof ask them: Came there unto you no warner?almost bursting in fury. Every time a group is thrown in it, its keepers will ask them, “Did there not come to you a warner?”It almost bursts with rage. Every time a company is thrown into it, its keepers ask them, "Did there not come to you a warner?"Almost bursting with fury: Every time a Group is cast therein, its Keepers will ask, "Did no Warner come to you?"
9 قَالُواْ بَلَىٰ قَدۡ جَآءَنَا نَذِيرٞ فَكَذَّبۡنَا وَقُلۡنَا مَا نَزَّلَ ٱللَّهُ مِن شَيۡءٍ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلٖ كَبِيرٖqālūقالواقَالُواْThey will saybalāبلىبَلَىٰ"Yes,qadقدقَدْindeedjāanāجاءناجَآءَنَاcame to usnadhīrunنذيرنَذِيرٌa warner,fakadhabnāفكذبنافَكَذَّبْنَاbut we deniedwaqul'nāوقلناوَقُلْنَاand we said,مامَا"Notnazzalaنزلنَزَّلَhas sent downl-lahuاللهٱللَّهُAllahminمنمِنanyshayinشيءشَىْءٍthing.inإنإِنْNotantumأنتمأَنتُمْyou (are)illāإلاإِلَّاbutفيفِىinḍalālinضلالضَلَٰلٍerrorkabīrinكبيركَبِيرٍgreat."They say: Yea, verily, a warner came unto us; but we denied and said: Allah hath naught revealed; ye are in naught but a great error.They will say, “Yes, a warner did come to us, but we denied and said, ‘Allah has not sent down anything; you are greatly misguided.’”They will say, "Yes, a warner had come to us, but we denied and said, 'Allāh has not sent down anything. You are not but in great error.'"They will say: "Yes indeed; a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said, 'Allah never sent down any (Message): ye are nothing but an egregious delusion!'"
10 وَقَالُواْ لَوۡ كُنَّا نَسۡمَعُ أَوۡ نَعۡقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِيٓ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِwaqālūوقالواوَقَالُواْAnd they will say,lawلولَوْ"Ifkunnāكناكُنَّاwe hadnasmaʿuنسمعنَسْمَعُlistenedawأوأَوْornaʿqiluنعقلنَعْقِلُreasoned,مامَاnotkunnāكناكُنَّاwe (would) have beenفيفِىٓamongaṣḥābiأصحابأَصْحَٰبِ(the) companionsl-saʿīriالسعيرٱلسَّعِيرِ(of) the Blaze."And they say: Had we been wont to listen or have sense, we had not been among the dwellers in the flames.And they will say, “If only we had listened or understood, we would not be among the dwellers of the Blazing Fire.”And they will say, "If only we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze."They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we should not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!"
11 فَٱعۡتَرَفُواْ بِذَنۢبِهِمۡ فَسُحۡقٗا لِّأَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِfa-iʿ'tarafūفاعترفوافَٱعْتَرَفُواْThen they (will) confessbidhanbihimبذنبهمبِذَنۢبِهِمْtheir sins,fasuḥ'qanفسحقافَسُحْقًاso away withli-aṣḥābiلأصحابلِّأَصْحَٰبِ(the) companionsl-saʿīriالسعيرٱلسَّعِيرِ(of) the Blaze.So they acknowledge their sins; but far removed (from mercy) are the dwellers in the flames.Thus they will confess their sins. So away[3] with the dwellers of the Blazing Fire!And they will admit their sin, so [it is] alienation[1715] for the companions of the Blaze.They will then confess their sins: but far will be (Forgiveness) from the Companions of the Blazing Fire!
12 إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ لَهُم مَّغۡفِرَةٞ وَأَجۡرٞ كَبِيرٞinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,alladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَthose whoyakhshawnaيخشونيَخْشَوْنَfearrabbahumربهمرَبَّهُمtheir Lordbil-ghaybiبالغيببِٱلْغَيْبِunseen,lahumلهملَهُمfor themmaghfiratunمغفرةمَّغْفِرَةٌ(is) forgivenesswa-ajrunوأجروَأَجْرٌand a rewardkabīrunكبيركَبِيرٌgreat.Lo! those who fear their Lord in secret, theirs will be forgiveness and a great reward.Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and a great reward.Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and great reward.As for those who fear their Lord unseen, for them is Forgiveness and a great Reward.
13 وَأَسِرُّواْ قَوۡلَكُمۡ أَوِ ٱجۡهَرُواْ بِهِۦٓۖ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِwa-asirrūوأسرواوَأَسِرُّواْAnd concealqawlakumقولكمقَوْلَكُمْyour speechawiأوأَوِorij'harūاجهرواٱجْهَرُواْproclaimbihiبهبِهِۦٓit.innahuإنهإِنَّهُۥIndeed, Heʿalīmunعليمعَلِيمٌۢ(is the) All-Knowerbidhātiبذاتبِذَاتِof what (is in)l-ṣudūriالصدورٱلصُّدُورِthe breasts.And keep your opinion secret or proclaim it, lo! He is Knower of all that is in the breasts (of men).Whether you speak secretly or openly, He is All-Knowing of that which is in the hearts.And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.And whether ye hide your word or publish it, He certainly has (full) knowledge, of the secrets of (all) hearts.
14 أَلَا يَعۡلَمُ مَنۡ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُalāألاأَلَاDoes notyaʿlamuيعلميَعْلَمُknowmanمنمَنْ(the One) Whokhalaqaخلقخَلَقَcreated?wahuwaوهووَهُوَAnd Hel-laṭīfuاللطيفٱللَّطِيفُ(is) the Subtle,l-khabīruالخبيرٱلْخَبِيرُthe All-Aware.Should He not know what He created? And He is the Subtile, the Aware.Does He not know His Own creation[4], when He is the Most Subtle, the All-Aware?Does He who created not know,[1716] while He is the Subtle, the Aware?Should He not know,- He that created? and He is the One that understands the finest mysteries (and) is well-acquainted (with them).
15 هُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ ذَلُولٗا فَٱمۡشُواْ فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُواْ مِن رِّزۡقِهِۦۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ ٱلنُّشُورُhuwaهوهُوَHealladhīالذيٱلَّذِى(is) the One Whojaʿalaجعلجَعَلَmadelakumuلكملَكُمُfor youl-arḍaالأرضٱلْأَرْضَthe earthdhalūlanذلولاذَلُولًاsubservient,fa-im'shūفامشوافَٱمْشُواْso walkفيفِىinmanākibihāمناكبهامَنَاكِبِهَا(the) paths thereofwakulūوكلواوَكُلُواْand eatminمنمِنofriz'qihiرزقهرِّزْقِهِۦHis provision,wa-ilayhiوإليهوَإِلَيْهِand to Himl-nushūruالنشورٱلنُّشُورُ(is) the Resurrection.He it is Who hath made the earth subservient unto you, so Walk in the paths thereof and eat of His providence. And unto Him will be the resurrection (of the dead).It is He Who made the earth smooth[5] for you, so travel through its regions and eat from His provisions. And to Him is the resurrection.It is He who made the earth tame[1717] for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - and to Him is the resurrection.It is He Who has made the earth manageable for you, so traverse ye through its tracts and enjoy of the Sustenance which He furnishes: but unto Him is the Resurrection.
16 ءَأَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يَخۡسِفَ بِكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُa-amintumأأمنتمءَأَمِنتُمDo you feel securemanمنمَّن(from Him) Whoفيفِى(is) inl-samāiالسماءٱلسَّمَآءِthe heavenanأنأَنnotyakhsifaيخسفيَخْسِفَHe will cause to swallowbikumuبكمبِكُمُyoul-arḍaالأرضٱلْأَرْضَthe earthfa-idhāفإذافَإِذَاwhenhiyaهيهِىَittamūruتمورتَمُورُsways?Have ye taken security from Him Who is in the heaven that He will not cause the earth to swallow you when lo! it is convulsed?Do you feel secure that He Who is above heaven will not cause the earth to sink with you, and then suddenly convulse[6]?Do you feel secure that He who is above[1718] would not cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway?[1719]Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)?
17 أَمۡ أَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يُرۡسِلَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ حَاصِبٗاۖ فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ كَيۡفَ نَذِيرِamأمأَمْOramintumأمنتمأَمِنتُمdo you feel securemanمنمَّن(from Him) Whoفيفِى(is) inl-samāiالسماءٱلسَّمَآءِthe heaven,anأنأَنthatyur'silaيرسليُرْسِلَHe will sendʿalaykumعليكمعَلَيْكُمْagainst youḥāṣibanحاصباحَاصِبًاa storm of stones?fasataʿlamūnaفستعلمونفَسَتَعْلَمُونَThen you would knowkayfaكيفكَيْفَhownadhīriنذيرنَذِيرِ(was) My warning?Or have ye taken security from Him Who is in the heaven that He will not let loose on you a hurricane? But ye shall know the manner of My warning.Do you feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not send against you a storm of stones? Only then would you know how [serious] My warning was!Or do you feel secure that He who is above would not send against you a storm of stones? Then you would know how [severe] was My warning.Or do ye feel secure that He Who is in Heaven will not send against you a violent tornado (with showers of stones), so that ye shall know how (terrible) was My warning?
18 وَلَقَدۡ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِwalaqadولقدوَلَقَدْAnd indeed,kadhabaكذبكَذَّبَdeniedalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَthoseminمنمِنfromqablihimقبلهمقَبْلِهِمْbefore them,fakayfaفكيففَكَيْفَand howkānaكانكَانَwasnakīriنكيرنَكِيرِMy rejection.And verily those before them denied, then (see) the manner of My wrath (with them)!Those who came before them rejected [the messengers]; then how severe was My response!And already had those before them denied, and how [terrible] was My reproach.But indeed men before them rejected (My warning): then how (terrible) was My rejection (of them)?
19 أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ إِلَى ٱلطَّيۡرِ فَوۡقَهُمۡ صَٰٓفَّٰتٖ وَيَقۡبِضۡنَۚ مَا يُمۡسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءِۭ بَصِيرٌawalamأولمأَوَلَمْDo notyarawيروايَرَوْاْthey seeilāإلىإِلَى[to]l-ṭayriالطيرٱلطَّيْرِthe birdsfawqahumفوقهمفَوْقَهُمْabove themṣāffātinصافاتصَٰٓفَّٰتٍspreading (their wings)wayaqbiḍ'naويقبضنوَيَقْبِضْنَand folding?مامَاNotyum'sikuhunnaيمسكهنيُمْسِكُهُنَّholds themillāإلاإِلَّاexceptl-raḥmānuالرحمنٱلرَّحْمَٰنُthe Most Gracious.innahuإنهإِنَّهُۥIndeed, Hebikulliبكلبِكُلِّ(is) of everyshayinشيءشَىْءٍۭthingbaṣīrunبصيربَصِيرٌAll-Seer.Have they not seen the birds above them spreading out their wings and closing them? Naught upholdeth them save the Beneficent. Lo! He is Seer of all things.Do they not see the birds above them, spreading out and folding in their wings? None holds them up except the Most Compassionate. He is indeed All-Seeing of everything.Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing.Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them in? None can uphold them except (Allah) Most Gracious: Truly (Allah) Most Gracious: Truly it is He that watches over all things.
20 أَمَّنۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي هُوَ جُندٞ لَّكُمۡ يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۚ إِنِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍammanأمنأَمَّنْWho ishādhāهذاهَٰذَاthis,alladhīالذيٱلَّذِىthe one,huwaهوهُوَhejundunجندجُندٌ(is) an armylakumلكملَّكُمْfor youyanṣurukumينصركميَنصُرُكُمto help youminمنمِّنfromdūniدوندُونِbesidesl-raḥmāniالرحمنٱلرَّحْمَٰنِthe Most Gracious?iniإنإِنِNotl-kāfirūnaالكافرونٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ(are) the disbelieversillāإلاإِلَّاbutفيفِىinghurūrinغرورغُرُورٍdelusion.Or who is he that will be an army unto you to help you instead of the Beneficent? The disbelievers are in naught but illusion.Which is your army that can come to your aid against the Most Compassionate? The disbelievers are in utter delusion.Or who is it that could be an army for you to aid you other than the Most Merciful? The disbelievers are not but in delusion.Nay, who is there that can help you, (even as) an army, besides (Allah) Most Merciful? In nothing but delusion are the Unbelievers.
21 أَمَّنۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي يَرۡزُقُكُمۡ إِنۡ أَمۡسَكَ رِزۡقَهُۥۚ بَل لَّجُّواْ فِي عُتُوّٖ وَنُفُورٍammanأمنأَمَّنْWho ishādhāهذاهَٰذَاthis,alladhīالذيٱلَّذِىthe one,yarzuqukumيرزقكميَرْزُقُكُمْto provide youinإنإِنْifamsakaأمسكأَمْسَكَHe withheldriz'qahuرزقهرِزْقَهُۥHis provision.balبلبَلNay,lajjūلجوالَّجُّواْthey persistفيفِىinʿutuwwinعتوعُتُوٍّpridewanufūrinونفوروَنُفُورٍand aversion.Or who is he that will provide for you if He should withhold His providence? Nay, but they are set in pride and frowardness.Who is there to give you provision if He withholds His provision? Yet they persist in arrogance and aversion.Or who is it that could provide for you if He withheld His provision? But they have persisted in insolence and aversion.Or who is there that can provide you with Sustenance if He were to withhold His provision? Nay, they obstinately persist in insolent impiety and flight (from the Truth).
22 أَفَمَن يَمۡشِي مُكِبًّا عَلَىٰ وَجۡهِهِۦٓ أَهۡدَىٰٓ أَمَّن يَمۡشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖafamanأفمنأَفَمَنThen is he whoyamshīيمشييَمْشِىwalksmukibbanمكبامُكِبًّاfallenʿalāعلىعَلَىٰonwajhihiوجههوَجْهِهِۦٓhis faceahdāأهدىأَهْدَىٰٓbetter guided,ammanأمنأَمَّنor (he) whoyamshīيمشييَمْشِىwalkssawiyyanسوياسَوِيًّاuprightʿalāعلىعَلَىٰonṣirāṭinصراطصِرَٰطٍ(the) Pathmus'taqīminمستقيممُّسْتَقِيمٍStraight?Is he who goeth groping on his face more rightly guided, or he who walketh upright on a straight road?Who is better guided: the one who walks stumbling and falling on his face or the one who walks upright on a straight path?Then is one who walks fallen on his face better guided or one who walks erect on a straight path?Is then one who walks headlong, with his face grovelling, better guided,- or one who walks evenly on a Straight Way?
23 قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَكُمۡ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَ وَٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةَۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَشۡكُرُونَqulقلقُلْSay,huwaهوهُوَ"Healladhīالذيٱلَّذِىٓ(is) the One Whoansha-akumأنشأكمأَنشَأَكُمْproduced youwajaʿalaوجعلوَجَعَلَand madelakumuلكملَكُمُfor youl-samʿaالسمعٱلسَّمْعَthe hearing,wal-abṣāraوالأبصاروَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَand the visionwal-afidataوالأفئدةوَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَand the feelings.qalīlanقليلاقَلِيلًاLittleمامَّا(is) whattashkurūnaتشكرونتَشْكُرُونَyou give thanks."Say (unto them, O Muhammad): He it is who gave you being, and hath assigned unto you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye!Say, “It is He Who brought you into being and gave you hearing, sight, and hearts; little do you give thanks.”Say, "It is He who has produced you and made for you hearing and vision and hearts [i.e., intellect]; little are you grateful."Say: "It is He Who has created you (and made you grow), and made for you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give.
24 قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَqulقلقُلْSay,huwaهوهُوَ"Healladhīالذيٱلَّذِى(is) the One Whodhara-akumذرأكمذَرَأَكُمْmultiplied youفيفِىinl-arḍiالأرضٱلْأَرْضِthe earthwa-ilayhiوإليهوَإِلَيْهِand to Himtuḥ'sharūnaتحشرونتُحْشَرُونَyou will be gathered."Say: He it is Who multiplieth you in the earth, and unto Whom ye will be gathered.Say, “It is He Who has dispersed you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered.”Say, "It is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered."Say: "It is He Who has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered together."
25 وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلۡوَعۡدُ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَwayaqūlūnaويقولونوَيَقُولُونَAnd they say,matāمتىمَتَىٰ"Whenhādhāهذاهَٰذَا(is) thisl-waʿduالوعدٱلْوَعْدُpromise,inإنإِنifkuntumكنتمكُنتُمْyou areṣādiqīnaصادقينصَٰدِقِينَtruthful?"And they say: When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if ye are truthful?They say: “When will this promise come to pass, if you are truthful?”And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?"They ask: When will this promise be (fulfilled)? - If ye are telling the truth.
26 قُلۡ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡعِلۡمُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞqulقلقُلْSay,innamāإنماإِنَّمَا"Onlyl-ʿil'muالعلمٱلْعِلْمُthe knowledgeʿindaعندعِندَ(is) withl-lahiاللهٱللَّهِAllah,wa-innamāوإنماوَإِنَّمَآand onlyanāأناأَنَا۠I amnadhīrunنذيرنَذِيرٌa warnermubīnunمبينمُّبِينٌclear."Say: The knowledge is with Allah only, and I am but a plain warner;Say, “That knowledge is with Allah alone, and I am only a clear warner.”Say, "The knowledge is only with Allāh, and I am only a clear warner."Say: "As to the knowledge of the time, it is with Allah alone: I am (sent) only to warn plainly in public."
27 فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡهُ زُلۡفَةٗ سِيٓـَٔتۡ وُجُوهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَقِيلَ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَدَّعُونَfalammāفلمافَلَمَّاBut whenra-awhuرأوهرَأَوْهُthey (will) see itzul'fatanزلفةزُلْفَةًapproaching,sīatسيئتسِيٓـَٔتْ(will be) distressedwujūhuوجوهوُجُوهُ(the) facesalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَ(of) those whokafarūكفرواكَفَرُواْdisbelieved,waqīlaوقيلوَقِيلَand it will be said,hādhāهذاهَٰذَا"Thisalladhīالذيٱلَّذِى(is) that whichkuntumكنتمكُنتُمyou used tobihiبهبِهِۦfor ittaddaʿūnaتدعونتَدَّعُونَcall."But when they see it nigh, the faces of those who disbelieve will be awry, and it will be said (unto them): This is that for which ye used to call.Then when they see it[7] approaching closer, the faces of the disbelievers will be distressed, and it will be said, “This is what you were asking for[8].”But when they see it[1720] approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be distressed, and it will be said, "This is that for which you used to call."[1721]At length, when they see it close at hand, grieved will be the faces of the Unbelievers, and it will be said (to them): "This is (the promise fulfilled), which ye were calling for!"
28 قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَهۡلَكَنِيَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَن مَّعِيَ أَوۡ رَحِمَنَا فَمَن يُجِيرُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ مِنۡ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٖqulقلقُلْSay,ara-aytumأرأيتمأَرَءَيْتُمْ"Have you seen,inإنإِنْifahlakaniyaأهلكنيأَهْلَكَنِىَdestroys mel-lahuاللهٱللَّهُAllahwamanومنوَمَنand whoevermaʿiyaمعيمَّعِىَ(is) with meawأوأَوْorraḥimanāرحمنارَحِمَنَاhas mercy upon us,famanفمنفَمَنthen whoyujīruيجيريُجِيرُ(can) protectl-kāfirīnaالكافرينٱلْكَٰفِرِينَthe disbelieversminمنمِنْfromʿadhābinعذابعَذَابٍa punishmentalīminأليمأَلِيمٍpainful."Say (O Muhammad): Have ye thought: Whether Allah causeth me (Muhammad) and those with me to perish or hath mercy on us, still, who will protect the disbelievers from a painful doom?Say, “What do you think[9], if Allah causes me and those who are with me to die or shows us mercy, who will save the disbelievers from a painful punishment?”Say, [O Muḥammad], "Have you considered:[1722] whether Allāh should cause my death and those with me or have mercy upon us, who can protect the disbelievers from a painful punishment?"Say: "See ye?- If Allah were to destroy me, and those with me, or if He bestows His Mercy on us,- yet who can deliver the Unbelievers from a grievous Penalty?"
29 قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَعَلَيۡهِ تَوَكَّلۡنَاۖ فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ مَنۡ هُوَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖqulقلقُلْSay,huwaهوهُوَ"Hel-raḥmānuالرحمنٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ(is) the Most Gracious;āmannāآمناءَامَنَّاwe believebihiبهبِهِۦin Him,waʿalayhiوعليهوَعَلَيْهِand upon Himtawakkalnāتوكلناتَوَكَّلْنَاwe put (our) trust.fasataʿlamūnaفستعلمونفَسَتَعْلَمُونَSo you will knowmanمنمَنْwhohuwaهوهُوَ(is) itفيفِى(that is) inḍalālinضلالضَلَٰلٍerrormubīninمبينمُّبِينٍclear."Say: He is the Beneficent. In Him we believe and in Him we put our trust. And ye will soon know who it is that is in error manifest.Say, “He is the Most Compassionate; we believe in Him and put our trust in Him. You will come to know who is clearly misguided.”Say, "He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him, and upon Him we have relied. And you will [come to] know who it is that is in clear error."Say: "He is (Allah) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error."
30 قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَصۡبَحَ مَآؤُكُمۡ غَوۡرٗا فَمَن يَأۡتِيكُم بِمَآءٖ مَّعِينِۭqulقلقُلْSay,ara-aytumأرأيتمأَرَءَيْتُمْ"Have you seen,inإنإِنْifaṣbaḥaأصبحأَصْبَحَbecomesmāukumماؤكممَآؤُكُمْyour waterghawranغوراغَوْرًاsunken,famanفمنفَمَنthen whoyatīkumيأتيكميَأْتِيكُمcould bring youbimāinبماءبِمَآءٍwatermaʿīninمعينمَّعِينٍۭflowing?"Say: Have ye thought: If (all) your water were to disappear into the earth, who then could bring you gushing water?Say, “What do you think, if your water were to sink deep into the earth, who can bring you flowing water?”Say, "Have you considered: if your water was to become sunken [into the earth], then who could bring you flowing water?"Say: "See ye?- If your stream be some morning lost (in the underground earth), who then can supply you with clear-flowing water?"
1 تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
2 الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ
3 الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقًا مَّا تَرَىٰ فِي خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ مِن تَفَاوُتٍ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورٍ
4 ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٌ
5 وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِّلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ
6 وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
7 إِذَا أُلْقُوا فِيهَا سَمِعُوا لَهَا شَهِيقًا وَهِيَ تَفُورُ
8 تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ الْغَيْظِ كُلَّمَا أُلْقِيَ فِيهَا فَوْجٌ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِيرٌ
9 قَالُوا بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَنَا نَذِيرٌ فَكَذَّبْنَا وَقُلْنَا مَا نَزَّلَ اللَّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ كَبِيرٍ
10 وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ
11 فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسُحْقًا لِّأَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ
12 إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِالْغَيْبِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ
13 وَأَسِرُّوا قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ اجْهَرُوا بِهِ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ
14 أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ
15 هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ ذَلُولًا فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِن رِّزْقِهِ وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
16 أَأَمِنتُم مَّن فِي السَّمَاءِ أَن يَخْسِفَ بِكُمُ الْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُ
17 أَمْ أَمِنتُم مَّن فِي السَّمَاءِ أَن يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًا فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ كَيْفَ نَذِيرِ
18 وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ
19 أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَافَّاتٍ وَيَقْبِضْنَ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا الرَّحْمَٰنُ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ بَصِيرٌ
20 أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا الَّذِي هُوَ جُندٌ لَّكُمْ يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ إِنِ الْكَافِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍ
21 أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا الَّذِي يَرْزُقُكُمْ إِنْ أَمْسَكَ رِزْقَهُ بَل لَّجُّوا فِي عُتُوٍّ وَنُفُورٍ
22 أَفَمَن يَمْشِي مُكِبًّا عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهِ أَهْدَىٰ أَمَّن يَمْشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
23 قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَكُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ
24 قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ
25 وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
26 قُلْ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِندَ اللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَا أَنَا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
27 فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ زُلْفَةً سِيئَتْ وُجُوهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَقِيلَ هَٰذَا الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تَدَّعُونَ
28 قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَهْلَكَنِيَ اللَّهُ وَمَن مَّعِيَ أَوْ رَحِمَنَا فَمَن يُجِيرُ الْكَافِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
29 قُلْ هُوَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ آمَنَّا بِهِ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ
30 قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَصْبَحَ مَاؤُكُمْ غَوْرًا فَمَن يَأْتِيكُم بِمَاءٍ مَّعِينٍ
1 تَبَٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٖ قَدِيرٌtabārakaتباركتَبَٰرَكَBlessed isalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىHebiyadihiبيدهبِيَدِهِin Whose Handl-mul'kuالملكٱلْمُلْكُ(is) the Dominion,wahuwaوهووَهُوَand Heʿalāعلىعَلَىٰ(is) overkulliكلكُلِّeveryshayinشيءشَىْءٍthingqadīrunقديرقَدِيرٌAll-Powerful.Blessed is He in Whose hand is the Sovereignty, and, He is Able to do all things.Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion, and He is Most Capable of all things.Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent -Blessed be He in Whose hands is Dominion; and He over all things hath Power;-
2 ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلْمَوْتَ وَٱلْحَيَوٰةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلٗاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْغَفُورُalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىThe One Whokhalaqaخلقخَلَقَcreatedl-mawtaالموتٱلْمَوْتَdeathwal-ḥayataوالحياةوَٱلْحَيَوٰةَand lifeliyabluwakumليبلوكملِيَبْلُوَكُمْthat He may test you,ayyukumأيكمأَيُّكُمْwhich of youaḥsanuأحسنأَحْسَنُ(is) bestʿamalanعملاعَمَلًا(in) deed.wahuwaوهووَهُوَAnd Hel-ʿazīzuالعزيزٱلْعَزِيزُ(is) the All-Mighty,l-ghafūruالغفورٱلْغَفُورُthe Oft-Forgiving.Who hath created life and death that He may try you which of you is best in conduct; and He is the Mighty, the Forgiving,Who created death and life to test you as to which of you is best in deeds, and He is the All-Mighty, the Most Forgiving.[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving -He Who created Death and Life, that He may try which of you is best in deed: and He is the Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving;-
3 ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٖ طِبَاقٗاۖ مَّا تَرَىٰ فِي خَلْقِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ مِن تَفَٰوُتٖۖ فَٱرْجِعِ ٱلْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورٖalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىThe One Whokhalaqaخلقخَلَقَcreatedsabʿaسبعسَبْعَsevensamāwātinسماواتسَمَٰوَٰتٍheavensṭibāqanطباقاطِبَاقًاone above another.مامَّاNottarāترىتَرَىٰyou seeفيفِىinkhalqiخلقخَلْقِ(the) creationl-raḥmāniالرحمنٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ(of) the Most Graciousminمنمِنanytafāwutinتفاوتتَفَٰوُتٍfault.fa-ir'jiʿiفارجعفَٱرْجِعِSo returnl-baṣaraالبصرٱلْبَصَرَthe vision,halهلهَلْcantarāترىتَرَىٰyou seeminمنمِنanyfuṭūrinفطورفُطُورٍflaw?Who hath created seven heavens in harmony. Thou (Muhammad) canst see no fault in the Beneficent One's creation; then look again: Canst thou see any rifts?Who created seven heavens one above another; you will not see any imperfection[1] in the creation of the Most Compassionate. Look again; can you see any flaw?[And] who created seven heavens in layers.[1712] You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks?He Who created the seven heavens one above another: No want of proportion wilt thou see in the Creation of (Allah) Most Gracious. So turn thy vision again: seest thou any flaw?
4 ثُمَّ ٱرْجِعِ ٱلْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْبَصَرُ خَاسِئٗا وَهُوَ حَسِيرَthummaثمثُمَّThenir'jiʿiارجعٱرْجِعِreturnl-baṣaraالبصرٱلْبَصَرَthe visionkarratayniكرتينكَرَّتَيْنِtwice (again).yanqalibينقلبيَنقَلِبْWill returnilaykaإليكإِلَيْكَto youl-baṣaruالبصرٱلْبَصَرُthe visionkhāsi-anخاسئاخَاسِئًاhumbledwahuwaوهووَهُوَwhile itḥasīrunحسيرحَسِيرٌ(is) fatigued.Then look again and yet again, thy sight will return unto thee weakened and made dim.Then look again and again; your sight will turn back to you humbled and weary.Then return [your] vision twice again.[1713] [Your] vision will return to you humbled while it is fatigued.Again turn thy vision a second time: (thy) vision will come back to thee dull and discomfited, in a state worn out.
5 وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنْيَا بِمَصَٰبِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَٰهَا رُجُومٗا لِّلشَّيَٰطِينِۖ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلسَّعِيرِwalaqadولقدوَلَقَدْAnd certainlyzayyannāزينازَيَّنَّاWe have beautifiedl-samāaالسماءٱلسَّمَآءَthe heavenl-dun'yāالدنياٱلدُّنْيَاnearestbimaṣābīḥaبمصابيحبِمَصَٰبِيحَwith lamps,wajaʿalnāhāوجعلناهاوَجَعَلْنَٰهَاand We have made themrujūmanرجومارُجُومًا(as) missileslilshayāṭīniللشياطينلِّلشَّيَٰطِينِfor the devils,wa-aʿtadnāوأعتدناوَأَعْتَدْنَاand We have preparedlahumلهملَهُمْfor themʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَpunishmentl-saʿīriالسعيرٱلسَّعِيرِ(of) the Blaze.And verily We have beautified the world's heaven with lamps, and We have made them missiles for the devils, and for them We have prepared the doom of flame.We have adorned the lowest heaven with lamps and have made them as missiles to stone the devils[2], and We have prepared for them the punishment of the Blazing Fire.And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with lamps [i.e., stars] and have made [from] them what is thrown at the devils[1714] and have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze.And we have, (from of old), adorned the lowest heaven with Lamps, and We have made such (Lamps) (as) missiles to drive away the Evil Ones, and have prepared for them the Penalty of the Blazing Fire.
6 وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُwalilladhīnaوللذينوَلِلَّذِينَAnd for those whokafarūكفرواكَفَرُواْdisbelievedbirabbihimبربهمبِرَبِّهِمْin their Lordʿadhābuعذابعَذَابُ(is the) punishmentjahannamaجهنمجَهَنَّمَ(of) Hell,wabi'saوبئسوَبِئْسَand wretched isl-maṣīruالمصيرٱلْمَصِيرُthe destination.And for those who disbelieve in their Lord there is the doom of hell, a hapless journey's end!For those who disbelieve in their Lord there will be the punishment of Hell. What a terrible destination!And for those who disbelieved in their Lord is the punishment of Hell, and wretched is the destination.For those who reject their Lord (and Cherisher) is the Penalty of Hell: and evil is (such), Destination.
7 إِذَآ أُلْقُواْ فِيهَا سَمِعُواْ لَهَا شَهِيقٗا وَهِيَ تَفُورُidhāإذاإِذَآWhenul'qūألقواأُلْقُواْthey are thrownfīhāفيهافِيهَاtherein,samiʿūسمعواسَمِعُواْthey will hearlahāلهالَهَاfrom itshahīqanشهيقاشَهِيقًاan inhalingwahiyaوهيوَهِىَwhile ittafūruتفورتَفُورُboils up.When they are flung therein they hear its roaring as it boileth up,When they are thrown in it, they will hear its roaring as it boils up,When they are thrown into it, they hear from it a [dreadful] inhaling while it boils up.When they are cast therein, they will hear the (terrible) drawing in of its breath even as it blazes forth,
8 تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ ٱلْغَيْظِۖ كُلَّمَآ أُلْقِيَ فِيهَا فَوْجَ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَآ أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِيرَtakāduتكادتَكَادُIt almosttamayyazuتميزتَمَيَّزُburstsminaمنمِنَfroml-ghayẓiالغيظٱلْغَيْظِrage.kullamāكلماكُلَّمَآEvery timeul'qiyaألقيأُلْقِىَis thrownfīhāفيهافِيهَاthereinfawjunفوجفَوْجٌa group,sa-alahumسألهمسَأَلَهُمْ(will) ask themkhazanatuhāخزنتهاخَزَنَتُهَآits keepers,alamألمأَلَمْ"Did notyatikumيأتكميَأْتِكُمْcome to younadhīrunنذيرنَذِيرٌa warner?"As it would burst with rage. Whenever a (fresh) host is flung therein the wardens thereof ask them: Came there unto you no warner?almost bursting in fury. Every time a group is thrown in it, its keepers will ask them, “Did there not come to you a warner?”It almost bursts with rage. Every time a company is thrown into it, its keepers ask them, "Did there not come to you a warner?"Almost bursting with fury: Every time a Group is cast therein, its Keepers will ask, "Did no Warner come to you?"
9 قَالُواْ بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَآءَنَا نَذِيرَ فَكَذَّبْنَا وَقُلْنَا مَا نَزَّلَ ٱللَّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلٖ كَبِيرٖqālūقالواقَالُواْThey will saybalāبلىبَلَىٰ"Yes,qadقدقَدْindeedjāanāجاءناجَآءَنَاcame to usnadhīrunنذيرنَذِيرٌa warner,fakadhabnāفكذبنافَكَذَّبْنَاbut we deniedwaqul'nāوقلناوَقُلْنَاand we said,مامَا"Notnazzalaنزلنَزَّلَhas sent downl-lahuاللهٱللَّهُAllahminمنمِنanyshayinشيءشَىْءٍthing.inإنإِنْNotantumأنتمأَنتُمْyou (are)illāإلاإِلَّاbutفيفِىinḍalālinضلالضَلَٰلٍerrorkabīrinكبيركَبِيرٍgreat."They say: Yea, verily, a warner came unto us; but we denied and said: Allah hath naught revealed; ye are in naught but a great error.They will say, “Yes, a warner did come to us, but we denied and said, ‘Allah has not sent down anything; you are greatly misguided.’”They will say, "Yes, a warner had come to us, but we denied and said, 'Allāh has not sent down anything. You are not but in great error.'"They will say: "Yes indeed; a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said, 'Allah never sent down any (Message): ye are nothing but an egregious delusion!'"
10 وَقَالُواْ لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِيٓ أَصْحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِwaqālūوقالواوَقَالُواْAnd they will say,lawلولَوْ"Ifkunnāكناكُنَّاwe hadnasmaʿuنسمعنَسْمَعُlistenedawأوأَوْornaʿqiluنعقلنَعْقِلُreasoned,مامَاnotkunnāكناكُنَّاwe (would) have beenفيفِىٓamongaṣḥābiأصحابأَصْحَٰبِ(the) companionsl-saʿīriالسعيرٱلسَّعِيرِ(of) the Blaze."And they say: Had we been wont to listen or have sense, we had not been among the dwellers in the flames.And they will say, “If only we had listened or understood, we would not be among the dwellers of the Blazing Fire.”And they will say, "If only we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze."They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we should not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!"
11 فَٱعْتَرَفُواْ بِذَنۢبِهِمْ فَسُحْقٗا لِّأَصْحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِfa-iʿ'tarafūفاعترفوافَٱعْتَرَفُواْThen they (will) confessbidhanbihimبذنبهمبِذَنۢبِهِمْtheir sins,fasuḥ'qanفسحقافَسُحْقًاso away withli-aṣḥābiلأصحابلِّأَصْحَٰبِ(the) companionsl-saʿīriالسعيرٱلسَّعِيرِ(of) the Blaze.So they acknowledge their sins; but far removed (from mercy) are the dwellers in the flames.Thus they will confess their sins. So away[3] with the dwellers of the Blazing Fire!And they will admit their sin, so [it is] alienation[1715] for the companions of the Blaze.They will then confess their sins: but far will be (Forgiveness) from the Companions of the Blazing Fire!
12 إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلْغَيْبِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةَ وَأَجْرَ كَبِيرَinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,alladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَthose whoyakhshawnaيخشونيَخْشَوْنَfearrabbahumربهمرَبَّهُمtheir Lordbil-ghaybiبالغيببِٱلْغَيْبِunseen,lahumلهملَهُمfor themmaghfiratunمغفرةمَّغْفِرَةٌ(is) forgivenesswa-ajrunوأجروَأَجْرٌand a rewardkabīrunكبيركَبِيرٌgreat.Lo! those who fear their Lord in secret, theirs will be forgiveness and a great reward.Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and a great reward.Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and great reward.As for those who fear their Lord unseen, for them is Forgiveness and a great Reward.
13 وَأَسِرُّواْ قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ ٱجْهَرُواْ بِهِۦٓۖ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِwa-asirrūوأسرواوَأَسِرُّواْAnd concealqawlakumقولكمقَوْلَكُمْyour speechawiأوأَوِorij'harūاجهرواٱجْهَرُواْproclaimbihiبهبِهِۦٓit.innahuإنهإِنَّهُIndeed, Heʿalīmunعليمعَلِيمٌۢ(is the) All-Knowerbidhātiبذاتبِذَاتِof what (is in)l-ṣudūriالصدورٱلصُّدُورِthe breasts.And keep your opinion secret or proclaim it, lo! He is Knower of all that is in the breasts (of men).Whether you speak secretly or openly, He is All-Knowing of that which is in the hearts.And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts.And whether ye hide your word or publish it, He certainly has (full) knowledge, of the secrets of (all) hearts.
14 أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُalāألاأَلَاDoes notyaʿlamuيعلميَعْلَمُknowmanمنمَنْ(the One) Whokhalaqaخلقخَلَقَcreated?wahuwaوهووَهُوَAnd Hel-laṭīfuاللطيفٱللَّطِيفُ(is) the Subtle,l-khabīruالخبيرٱلْخَبِيرُthe All-Aware.Should He not know what He created? And He is the Subtile, the Aware.Does He not know His Own creation[4], when He is the Most Subtle, the All-Aware?Does He who created not know,[1716] while He is the Subtle, the Aware?Should He not know,- He that created? and He is the One that understands the finest mysteries (and) is well-acquainted (with them).
15 هُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ ذَلُولٗا فَٱمْشُواْ فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُواْ مِن رِّزْقِهِۦۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلنُّشُورُhuwaهوهُوَHealladhīالذيٱلَّذِى(is) the One Whojaʿalaجعلجَعَلَmadelakumuلكملَكُمُfor youl-arḍaالأرضٱلْأَرْضَthe earthdhalūlanذلولاذَلُولًاsubservient,fa-im'shūفامشوافَٱمْشُواْso walkفيفِىinmanākibihāمناكبهامَنَاكِبِهَا(the) paths thereofwakulūوكلواوَكُلُواْand eatminمنمِنofriz'qihiرزقهرِّزْقِهِۦHis provision,wa-ilayhiوإليهوَإِلَيْهِand to Himl-nushūruالنشورٱلنُّشُورُ(is) the Resurrection.He it is Who hath made the earth subservient unto you, so Walk in the paths thereof and eat of His providence. And unto Him will be the resurrection (of the dead).It is He Who made the earth smooth[5] for you, so travel through its regions and eat from His provisions. And to Him is the resurrection.It is He who made the earth tame[1717] for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - and to Him is the resurrection.It is He Who has made the earth manageable for you, so traverse ye through its tracts and enjoy of the Sustenance which He furnishes: but unto Him is the Resurrection.
16 ءَأَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يَخْسِفَ بِكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُa-amintumأأمنتمءَأَمِنتُمDo you feel securemanمنمَّن(from Him) Whoفيفِى(is) inl-samāiالسماءٱلسَّمَآءِthe heavenanأنأَنnotyakhsifaيخسفيَخْسِفَHe will cause to swallowbikumuبكمبِكُمُyoul-arḍaالأرضٱلْأَرْضَthe earthfa-idhāفإذافَإِذَاwhenhiyaهيهِىَittamūruتمورتَمُورُsways?Have ye taken security from Him Who is in the heaven that He will not cause the earth to swallow you when lo! it is convulsed?Do you feel secure that He Who is above heaven will not cause the earth to sink with you, and then suddenly convulse[6]?Do you feel secure that He who is above[1718] would not cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway?[1719]Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)?
17 أَمْ أَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبٗاۖ فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ كَيْفَ نَذِيرِamأمأَمْOramintumأمنتمأَمِنتُمdo you feel securemanمنمَّن(from Him) Whoفيفِى(is) inl-samāiالسماءٱلسَّمَآءِthe heaven,anأنأَنthatyur'silaيرسليُرْسِلَHe will sendʿalaykumعليكمعَلَيْكُمْagainst youḥāṣibanحاصباحَاصِبًاa storm of stones?fasataʿlamūnaفستعلمونفَسَتَعْلَمُونَThen you would knowkayfaكيفكَيْفَhownadhīriنذيرنَذِيرِ(was) My warning?Or have ye taken security from Him Who is in the heaven that He will not let loose on you a hurricane? But ye shall know the manner of My warning.Do you feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not send against you a storm of stones? Only then would you know how [serious] My warning was!Or do you feel secure that He who is above would not send against you a storm of stones? Then you would know how [severe] was My warning.Or do ye feel secure that He Who is in Heaven will not send against you a violent tornado (with showers of stones), so that ye shall know how (terrible) was My warning?
18 وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِwalaqadولقدوَلَقَدْAnd indeed,kadhabaكذبكَذَّبَdeniedalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَthoseminمنمِنfromqablihimقبلهمقَبْلِهِمْbefore them,fakayfaفكيففَكَيْفَand howkānaكانكَانَwasnakīriنكيرنَكِيرِMy rejection.And verily those before them denied, then (see) the manner of My wrath (with them)!Those who came before them rejected [the messengers]; then how severe was My response!And already had those before them denied, and how [terrible] was My reproach.But indeed men before them rejected (My warning): then how (terrible) was My rejection (of them)?
19 أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ إِلَى ٱلطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَٰٓفَّٰتٖ وَيَقْبِضْنَۚ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءِۭ بَصِيرٌawalamأولمأَوَلَمْDo notyarawيروايَرَوْاْthey seeilāإلىإِلَى[to]l-ṭayriالطيرٱلطَّيْرِthe birdsfawqahumفوقهمفَوْقَهُمْabove themṣāffātinصافاتصَٰٓفَّٰتٍspreading (their wings)wayaqbiḍ'naويقبضنوَيَقْبِضْنَand folding?مامَاNotyum'sikuhunnaيمسكهنيُمْسِكُهُنَّholds themillāإلاإِلَّاexceptl-raḥmānuالرحمنٱلرَّحْمَٰنُthe Most Gracious.innahuإنهإِنَّهُIndeed, Hebikulliبكلبِكُلِّ(is) of everyshayinشيءشَىْءٍۭthingbaṣīrunبصيربَصِيرٌAll-Seer.Have they not seen the birds above them spreading out their wings and closing them? Naught upholdeth them save the Beneficent. Lo! He is Seer of all things.Do they not see the birds above them, spreading out and folding in their wings? None holds them up except the Most Compassionate. He is indeed All-Seeing of everything.Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing.Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them in? None can uphold them except (Allah) Most Gracious: Truly (Allah) Most Gracious: Truly it is He that watches over all things.
20 أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي هُوَ جُندَ لَّكُمْ يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِۚ إِنِ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍammanأمنأَمَّنْWho ishādhāهذاهَٰذَاthis,alladhīالذيٱلَّذِىthe one,huwaهوهُوَhejundunجندجُندٌ(is) an armylakumلكملَّكُمْfor youyanṣurukumينصركميَنصُرُكُمto help youminمنمِّنfromdūniدوندُونِbesidesl-raḥmāniالرحمنٱلرَّحْمَٰنِthe Most Gracious?iniإنإِنِNotl-kāfirūnaالكافرونٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ(are) the disbelieversillāإلاإِلَّاbutفيفِىinghurūrinغرورغُرُورٍdelusion.Or who is he that will be an army unto you to help you instead of the Beneficent? The disbelievers are in naught but illusion.Which is your army that can come to your aid against the Most Compassionate? The disbelievers are in utter delusion.Or who is it that could be an army for you to aid you other than the Most Merciful? The disbelievers are not but in delusion.Nay, who is there that can help you, (even as) an army, besides (Allah) Most Merciful? In nothing but delusion are the Unbelievers.
21 أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي يَرْزُقُكُمْ إِنْ أَمْسَكَ رِزْقَهُۚ بَل لَّجُّواْ فِي عُتُوّٖ وَنُفُورٍammanأمنأَمَّنْWho ishādhāهذاهَٰذَاthis,alladhīالذيٱلَّذِىthe one,yarzuqukumيرزقكميَرْزُقُكُمْto provide youinإنإِنْifamsakaأمسكأَمْسَكَHe withheldriz'qahuرزقهرِزْقَهُHis provision.balبلبَلNay,lajjūلجوالَّجُّواْthey persistفيفِىinʿutuwwinعتوعُتُوٍّpridewanufūrinونفوروَنُفُورٍand aversion.Or who is he that will provide for you if He should withhold His providence? Nay, but they are set in pride and frowardness.Who is there to give you provision if He withholds His provision? Yet they persist in arrogance and aversion.Or who is it that could provide for you if He withheld His provision? But they have persisted in insolence and aversion.Or who is there that can provide you with Sustenance if He were to withhold His provision? Nay, they obstinately persist in insolent impiety and flight (from the Truth).
22 أَفَمَن يَمْشِي مُكِبًّا عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهِۦٓ أَهْدَىٰٓ أَمَّن يَمْشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسْتَقِيمٖafamanأفمنأَفَمَنThen is he whoyamshīيمشييَمْشِىwalksmukibbanمكبامُكِبًّاfallenʿalāعلىعَلَىٰonwajhihiوجههوَجْهِهِۦٓhis faceahdāأهدىأَهْدَىٰٓbetter guided,ammanأمنأَمَّنor (he) whoyamshīيمشييَمْشِىwalkssawiyyanسوياسَوِيًّاuprightʿalāعلىعَلَىٰonṣirāṭinصراطصِرَٰطٍ(the) Pathmus'taqīminمستقيممُّسْتَقِيمٍStraight?Is he who goeth groping on his face more rightly guided, or he who walketh upright on a straight road?Who is better guided: the one who walks stumbling and falling on his face or the one who walks upright on a straight path?Then is one who walks fallen on his face better guided or one who walks erect on a straight path?Is then one who walks headlong, with his face grovelling, better guided,- or one who walks evenly on a Straight Way?
23 قُلْ هُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَكُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَ وَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَqulقلقُلْSay,huwaهوهُوَ"Healladhīالذيٱلَّذِىٓ(is) the One Whoansha-akumأنشأكمأَنشَأَكُمْproduced youwajaʿalaوجعلوَجَعَلَand madelakumuلكملَكُمُfor youl-samʿaالسمعٱلسَّمْعَthe hearing,wal-abṣāraوالأبصاروَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَand the visionwal-afidataوالأفئدةوَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَand the feelings.qalīlanقليلاقَلِيلًاLittleمامَّا(is) whattashkurūnaتشكرونتَشْكُرُونَyou give thanks."Say (unto them, O Muhammad): He it is who gave you being, and hath assigned unto you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye!Say, “It is He Who brought you into being and gave you hearing, sight, and hearts; little do you give thanks.”Say, "It is He who has produced you and made for you hearing and vision and hearts [i.e., intellect]; little are you grateful."Say: "It is He Who has created you (and made you grow), and made for you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give.
24 قُلْ هُوَ ٱلَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَqulقلقُلْSay,huwaهوهُوَ"Healladhīالذيٱلَّذِى(is) the One Whodhara-akumذرأكمذَرَأَكُمْmultiplied youفيفِىinl-arḍiالأرضٱلْأَرْضِthe earthwa-ilayhiوإليهوَإِلَيْهِand to Himtuḥ'sharūnaتحشرونتُحْشَرُونَyou will be gathered."Say: He it is Who multiplieth you in the earth, and unto Whom ye will be gathered.Say, “It is He Who has dispersed you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered.”Say, "It is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered."Say: "It is He Who has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered together."
25 وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَwayaqūlūnaويقولونوَيَقُولُونَAnd they say,matāمتىمَتَىٰ"Whenhādhāهذاهَٰذَا(is) thisl-waʿduالوعدٱلْوَعْدُpromise,inإنإِنifkuntumكنتمكُنتُمْyou areṣādiqīnaصادقينصَٰدِقِينَtruthful?"And they say: When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if ye are truthful?They say: “When will this promise come to pass, if you are truthful?”And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?"They ask: When will this promise be (fulfilled)? - If ye are telling the truth.
26 قُلْ إِنَّمَا ٱلْعِلْمُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَآ أَنَا نَذِيرَ مُّبِينَqulقلقُلْSay,innamāإنماإِنَّمَا"Onlyl-ʿil'muالعلمٱلْعِلْمُthe knowledgeʿindaعندعِندَ(is) withl-lahiاللهٱللَّهِAllah,wa-innamāوإنماوَإِنَّمَآand onlyanāأناأَنَاI amnadhīrunنذيرنَذِيرٌa warnermubīnunمبينمُّبِينٌclear."Say: The knowledge is with Allah only, and I am but a plain warner;Say, “That knowledge is with Allah alone, and I am only a clear warner.”Say, "The knowledge is only with Allāh, and I am only a clear warner."Say: "As to the knowledge of the time, it is with Allah alone: I am (sent) only to warn plainly in public."
27 فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ زُلْفَةٗ سِيٓـَٔتْ وُجُوهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَقِيلَ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَدَّعُونَfalammāفلمافَلَمَّاBut whenra-awhuرأوهرَأَوْهُthey (will) see itzul'fatanزلفةزُلْفَةًapproaching,sīatسيئتسِيٓـَٔتْ(will be) distressedwujūhuوجوهوُجُوهُ(the) facesalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَ(of) those whokafarūكفرواكَفَرُواْdisbelieved,waqīlaوقيلوَقِيلَand it will be said,hādhāهذاهَٰذَا"Thisalladhīالذيٱلَّذِى(is) that whichkuntumكنتمكُنتُمyou used tobihiبهبِهِۦfor ittaddaʿūnaتدعونتَدَّعُونَcall."But when they see it nigh, the faces of those who disbelieve will be awry, and it will be said (unto them): This is that for which ye used to call.Then when they see it[7] approaching closer, the faces of the disbelievers will be distressed, and it will be said, “This is what you were asking for[8].”But when they see it[1720] approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be distressed, and it will be said, "This is that for which you used to call."[1721]At length, when they see it close at hand, grieved will be the faces of the Unbelievers, and it will be said (to them): "This is (the promise fulfilled), which ye were calling for!"
28 قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَهْلَكَنِيَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَن مَّعِيَ أَوْ رَحِمَنَا فَمَن يُجِيرُ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٖqulقلقُلْSay,ara-aytumأرأيتمأَرَءَيْتُمْ"Have you seen,inإنإِنْifahlakaniyaأهلكنيأَهْلَكَنِىَdestroys mel-lahuاللهٱللَّهُAllahwamanومنوَمَنand whoevermaʿiyaمعيمَّعِىَ(is) with meawأوأَوْorraḥimanāرحمنارَحِمَنَاhas mercy upon us,famanفمنفَمَنthen whoyujīruيجيريُجِيرُ(can) protectl-kāfirīnaالكافرينٱلْكَٰفِرِينَthe disbelieversminمنمِنْfromʿadhābinعذابعَذَابٍa punishmentalīminأليمأَلِيمٍpainful."Say (O Muhammad): Have ye thought: Whether Allah causeth me (Muhammad) and those with me to perish or hath mercy on us, still, who will protect the disbelievers from a painful doom?Say, “What do you think[9], if Allah causes me and those who are with me to die or shows us mercy, who will save the disbelievers from a painful punishment?”Say, [O Muḥammad], "Have you considered:[1722] whether Allāh should cause my death and those with me or have mercy upon us, who can protect the disbelievers from a painful punishment?"Say: "See ye?- If Allah were to destroy me, and those with me, or if He bestows His Mercy on us,- yet who can deliver the Unbelievers from a grievous Penalty?"
29 قُلْ هُوَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَاۖ فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖqulقلقُلْSay,huwaهوهُوَ"Hel-raḥmānuالرحمنٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ(is) the Most Gracious;āmannāآمناءَامَنَّاwe believebihiبهبِهِۦin Him,waʿalayhiوعليهوَعَلَيْهِand upon Himtawakkalnāتوكلناتَوَكَّلْنَاwe put (our) trust.fasataʿlamūnaفستعلمونفَسَتَعْلَمُونَSo you will knowmanمنمَنْwhohuwaهوهُوَ(is) itفيفِى(that is) inḍalālinضلالضَلَٰلٍerrormubīninمبينمُّبِينٍclear."Say: He is the Beneficent. In Him we believe and in Him we put our trust. And ye will soon know who it is that is in error manifest.Say, “He is the Most Compassionate; we believe in Him and put our trust in Him. You will come to know who is clearly misguided.”Say, "He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him, and upon Him we have relied. And you will [come to] know who it is that is in clear error."Say: "He is (Allah) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error."
30 قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَصْبَحَ مَآؤُكُمْ غَوْرٗا فَمَن يَأْتِيكُم بِمَآءٖ مَّعِينِۭqulقلقُلْSay,ara-aytumأرأيتمأَرَءَيْتُمْ"Have you seen,inإنإِنْifaṣbaḥaأصبحأَصْبَحَbecomesmāukumماؤكممَآؤُكُمْyour waterghawranغوراغَوْرًاsunken,famanفمنفَمَنthen whoyatīkumيأتيكميَأْتِيكُمcould bring youbimāinبماءبِمَآءٍwatermaʿīninمعينمَّعِينٍۭflowing?"Say: Have ye thought: If (all) your water were to disappear into the earth, who then could bring you gushing water?Say, “What do you think, if your water were to sink deep into the earth, who can bring you flowing water?”Say, "Have you considered: if your water was to become sunken [into the earth], then who could bring you flowing water?"Say: "See ye?- If your stream be some morning lost (in the underground earth), who then can supply you with clear-flowing water?"

ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ
ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ
ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ
ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ
ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊﲋ ﲌ ﲍ
ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ
ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ
ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ
ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ
ﳆ ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ
ﳌ ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ
ﱌ ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ
ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟﱠ ﱡ ﱢ
ﱤ ﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ
ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ
ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ
ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ ﲌ ﲍﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ ﲗ
ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ
ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ
ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ
ﳅ ﳆ ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ ﳋ ﳌ ﳍﳎ ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ
ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ ﳖ ﳗ ﳘ ﳙ ﳚ
ﳜ ﳝ ﳞ ﳟ ﳠ ﳡ ﳢ
ﳤ ﳥ ﳦ ﳧ ﳨ ﳩ ﳪ ﳫ ﳬ
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ
ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ
ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ ﱥﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ
ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ
ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ
ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ
ﱤﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ
ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ
ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ
ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊﲋ ﲌ ﲍ
ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ
ﲚ ﲛﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ
ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ
ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ
ﳄ ﳅ ﳆ ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ ﳋ
ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ
ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ
ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ
ﱤ ﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ
ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸﱹ ﱺ
ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ
ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ ﲌ ﲍﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ
ﲒﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ
ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ
ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ
ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ
ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ ﳆ ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ ﳊ ﳋ ﳌ
ﳍﳎ ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ ﳖ ﳗ
ﳘ ﳙ ﳚ ﳛ ﳜ ﳝ ﳞ ﳟ ﳠ ﳡ
ﳢ ﳣ ﳤ ﳥ ﳦ ﳧ ﳨ ﳩ ﳪ ﳫ ﳬ ﳭ
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ
ﱌ ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ
ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ
ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ ﱥﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ
ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ١ الَّذِي خَلَقَ
الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ
٢ الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقًا مَّا تَرَىٰ فِي خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ مِن
تَفَاوُتٍ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورٍ ٣ ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ
يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٌ ٤ وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ
الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِّلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ
السَّعِيرِ ٥ وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
٦ إِذَا أُلْقُوا فِيهَا سَمِعُوا لَهَا شَهِيقًا وَهِيَ تَفُورُ ٧ تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ
مِنَ الْغَيْظِ كُلَّمَا أُلْقِيَ فِيهَا فَوْجٌ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِيرٌ ٨
قَالُوا بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَنَا نَذِيرٌ فَكَذَّبْنَا وَقُلْنَا مَا نَزَّلَ اللَّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنتُمْ
إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ كَبِيرٍ ٩ وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ
السَّعِيرِ ١٠ فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسُحْقًا لِّأَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ ١١ إِنَّ
الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِالْغَيْبِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ ١٢
وَأَسِرُّوا قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ اجْهَرُوا بِهِ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ ١٣ أَلَا
يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ ١٤ هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ
ذَلُولًا فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِن رِّزْقِهِ وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ ١٥
أَأَمِنتُم مَّن فِي السَّمَاءِ أَن يَخْسِفَ بِكُمُ الْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُ ١٦
أَمْ أَمِنتُم مَّن فِي السَّمَاءِ أَن يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًا فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ
كَيْفَ نَذِيرِ ١٧ وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ ١٨
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَافَّاتٍ وَيَقْبِضْنَ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا
الرَّحْمَٰنُ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ بَصِيرٌ ١٩ أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا الَّذِي هُوَ جُندٌ لَّكُمْ
يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ إِنِ الْكَافِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍ ٢٠ أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا
الَّذِي يَرْزُقُكُمْ إِنْ أَمْسَكَ رِزْقَهُ بَل لَّجُّوا فِي عُتُوٍّ وَنُفُورٍ ٢١ أَفَمَن
يَمْشِي مُكِبًّا عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهِ أَهْدَىٰ أَمَّن يَمْشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ
مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ٢٢ قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَكُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ
وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ ٢٣ قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي
الْأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ ٢٤ وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ
صَادِقِينَ ٢٥ قُلْ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِندَ اللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَا أَنَا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ ٢٦
فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ زُلْفَةً سِيئَتْ وُجُوهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَقِيلَ هَٰذَا الَّذِي كُنتُم
بِهِ تَدَّعُونَ ٢٧ قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَهْلَكَنِيَ اللَّهُ وَمَن مَّعِيَ أَوْ رَحِمَنَا
فَمَن يُجِيرُ الْكَافِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ٢٨ قُلْ هُوَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ
آمَنَّا بِهِ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ
٢٩ قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَصْبَحَ مَاؤُكُمْ غَوْرًا فَمَن يَأْتِيكُم بِمَاءٍ مَّعِينٍ ٣٠
تَبَٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٖ قَدِيرٌ ۝١ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ
ٱلْمَوْتَ وَٱلْحَيَوٰةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلٗاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْغَفُورُ
۝٢ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٖ طِبَاقٗاۖ مَّا تَرَىٰ فِي خَلْقِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ مِن
تَفَٰوُتٖۖ فَٱرْجِعِ ٱلْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورٖ ۝٣ ثُمَّ ٱرْجِعِ ٱلْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ
يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْبَصَرُ خَاسِئٗا وَهُوَ حَسِيرَ ۝٤ وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ
ٱلدُّنْيَا بِمَصَٰبِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَٰهَا رُجُومٗا لِّلشَّيَٰطِينِۖ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ
ٱلسَّعِيرِ ۝٥ وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ
۝٦ إِذَآ أُلْقُواْ فِيهَا سَمِعُواْ لَهَا شَهِيقٗا وَهِيَ تَفُورُ ۝٧ تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ
مِنَ ٱلْغَيْظِۖ كُلَّمَآ أُلْقِيَ فِيهَا فَوْجَ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَآ أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِيرَ ۝٨
قَالُواْ بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَآءَنَا نَذِيرَ فَكَذَّبْنَا وَقُلْنَا مَا نَزَّلَ ٱللَّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنتُمْ
إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلٖ كَبِيرٖ ۝٩ وَقَالُواْ لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِيٓ أَصْحَٰبِ
ٱلسَّعِيرِ ۝١٠ فَٱعْتَرَفُواْ بِذَنۢبِهِمْ فَسُحْقٗا لِّأَصْحَٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ ۝١١ إِنَّ
ٱلَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلْغَيْبِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةَ وَأَجْرَ كَبِيرَ ۝١٢
وَأَسِرُّواْ قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ ٱجْهَرُواْ بِهِۦٓۖ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ۝١٣ أَلَا
يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ۝١٤ هُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ
ذَلُولٗا فَٱمْشُواْ فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُواْ مِن رِّزْقِهِۦۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلنُّشُورُ ۝١٥
ءَأَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يَخْسِفَ بِكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُ ۝١٦
أَمْ أَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبٗاۖ فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ
كَيْفَ نَذِيرِ ۝١٧ وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ ۝١٨
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ إِلَى ٱلطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَٰٓفَّٰتٖ وَيَقْبِضْنَۚ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا
ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءِۭ بَصِيرٌ ۝١٩ أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي هُوَ جُندَ لَّكُمْ
يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِۚ إِنِ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍ ۝٢٠ أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا
ٱلَّذِي يَرْزُقُكُمْ إِنْ أَمْسَكَ رِزْقَهُۚ بَل لَّجُّواْ فِي عُتُوّٖ وَنُفُورٍ ۝٢١ أَفَمَن
يَمْشِي مُكِبًّا عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهِۦٓ أَهْدَىٰٓ أَمَّن يَمْشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ
مُّسْتَقِيمٖ ۝٢٢ قُلْ هُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَكُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَ
وَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ ۝٢٣ قُلْ هُوَ ٱلَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي
ٱلْأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ ۝٢٤ وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ
صَٰدِقِينَ ۝٢٥ قُلْ إِنَّمَا ٱلْعِلْمُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَآ أَنَا نَذِيرَ مُّبِينَ ۝٢٦
فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ زُلْفَةٗ سِيٓـَٔتْ وُجُوهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَقِيلَ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم
بِهِۦ تَدَّعُونَ ۝٢٧ قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَهْلَكَنِيَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَن مَّعِيَ أَوْ رَحِمَنَا
فَمَن يُجِيرُ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٖ ۝٢٨ قُلْ هُوَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ
ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَاۖ فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ
۝٢٩ قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَصْبَحَ مَآؤُكُمْ غَوْرٗا فَمَن يَأْتِيكُم بِمَآءٖ مَّعِينِۭ ۝٣٠
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ
ﱍ ﱎ ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ
ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ
ﱤﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ
ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ
ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ
