Aṭ-Ṭūr
ﭾ
The Mount
| 1 | وَٱلطُّورِwal-ṭūriوالطوروَٱلطُّورِBy the Mount,By the Mount,By the mount of Tūr[1],By the mountBy the Mount (of Revelation); |
| 2 | وَكِتَٰبٖ مَّسۡطُورٖwakitābinوكتابوَكِتَٰبٍAnd by (the) BookmasṭūrinمسطورمَّسْطُورٍwrittenAnd a Scripture inscribedand by the Book inscribed[2]And [by] a Book inscribed[1550]By a Decree inscribed |
| 3 | فِي رَقّٖ مَّنشُورٖfīفيفِىInraqqinرقرَقٍّparchmentmanshūrinمنشورمَّنشُورٍunrolled,On fine parchment unrolled,on an unrolled parchment[3],In parchment spread openIn a Scroll unfolded; |
| 4 | وَٱلۡبَيۡتِ ٱلۡمَعۡمُورِwal-baytiوالبيتوَٱلْبَيْتِBy the Housel-maʿmūriالمعمورٱلْمَعْمُورِfrequentedAnd the House frequented,and by the much-frequented House[4],And [by] the frequented House[1551]By the much-frequented Fane; |
| 5 | وَٱلسَّقۡفِ ٱلۡمَرۡفُوعِwal-saqfiوالسقفوَٱلسَّقْفِBy the roofl-marfūʿiالمرفوعٱلْمَرْفُوعِraised highAnd the roof exalted,and by the canopy raised high,And [by] the ceiling [i.e., heaven] raised highBy the Canopy Raised High; |
| 6 | وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ ٱلۡمَسۡجُورِwal-baḥriوالبحروَٱلْبَحْرِBy the seal-masjūriالمسجورٱلْمَسْجُورِfilledAnd the sea kept filled,and by the sea set on fire[5].And [by] the sea set on fire,[1552]And by the Ocean filled with Swell;- |
| 7 | إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٞinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,ʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَ(the) punishmentrabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lordlawāqiʿunلواقعلَوَٰقِعٌ(will) surely occur.Lo! the doom of thy Lord will surely come to pass;The punishment of your Lord will surely come to pass;Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur.Verily, the Doom of thy Lord will indeed come to pass;- |
| 8 | مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٖmāمامَّاNotlahuلهلَهُۥfor itminمنمِنanydāfiʿinدافعدَافِعٍpreventer.There is none that can ward it off.there is none who can avert it.Of it there is no preventer.There is none can avert it;- |
| 9 | يَوۡمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوۡرٗاyawmaيوميَوْمَ(On the) Daytamūruتمورتَمُورُwill shakel-samāuالسماءٱلسَّمَآءُthe heavenmawranمورامَوْرًا(with violent) shakeOn the day when the heaven will heave with (awful) heaving,On the Day when the heaven will convulse violently[6],On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motionOn the Day when the firmament will be in dreadful commotion. |
| 10 | وَتَسِيرُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ سَيۡرٗاwatasīruوتسيروَتَسِيرُAnd will move away,l-jibāluالجبالٱلْجِبَالُthe mountainssayranسيراسَيْرًا(with an awful) movementAnd the mountains move away with (awful) movement,and the mountains will move a horrible movement[7].And the mountains will pass on, departing[1553] -And the mountains will fly hither and thither. |
| 11 | فَوَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَfawaylunفويلفَوَيْلٌThen woe,yawma-idhinيومئذيَوْمَئِذٍthat Day,lil'mukadhibīnaللمكذبينلِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَto the deniers,Then woe that day unto the deniersThen woe to the deniers on that Day,Then woe, that Day, to the deniers,Then woe that Day to those that treat (Truth) as Falsehood;- |
| 12 | ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ فِي خَوۡضٖ يَلۡعَبُونَalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَWhohumهمهُمْ[they]fīفيفِىinkhawḍinخوضخَوْضٍ(vain) discourseyalʿabūnaيلعبونيَلْعَبُونَare playing.Who play in talk of grave matters;those who amuse themselves in falsehood.Who are in [empty] discourse amusing themselves.That play (and paddle) in shallow trifles. |
| 13 | يَوۡمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّاyawmaيوميَوْمَ(The) Dayyudaʿʿūnaيدعونيُدَعُّونَthey will be thrustilāإلىإِلَىٰ(in)tonāriنارنَارِ(the) Firejahannamaجهنمجَهَنَّمَ(of) Helldaʿʿanدعادَعًّا(with) a thrust.The day when they are thrust with a (disdainful) thrust, into the fire of hellOn the Day when they will be shoved into the Fire forcefully,The Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust, [its angels will say],That Day shall they be thrust down to the Fire of Hell, irresistibly. |
| 14 | هَٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَhādhihiهذههَٰذِهِ"Thisl-nāruالنارٱلنَّارُ(is) the Fireallatīالتيٱلَّتِىwhichkuntumكنتمكُنتُمyou used tobihāبهابِهَا[of it]tukadhibūnaتكذبونتُكَذِّبُونَdeny.(And it is said unto them): This is the Fire which ye were wont to deny.[They will be told,] “This is the Fire which you used to deny."This is the Fire which you used to deny."This:, it will be said, "Is the Fire,- which ye were wont to deny! |
| 15 | أَفَسِحۡرٌ هَٰذَآ أَمۡ أَنتُمۡ لَا تُبۡصِرُونَafasiḥ'runأفسحرأَفَسِحْرٌThen is this magic,hādhāهذاهَٰذَآThen is this magic,amأمأَمْorantumأنتمأَنتُمْyoulāلالَا(do) nottub'ṣirūnaتبصرونتُبْصِرُونَsee?Is this magic, or do ye not see?Is this [punishment] magic, or do you not see?Then is this magic, or do you not see?"Is this then a fake, or is it ye that do not see? |
| 16 | ٱصۡلَوۡهَا فَٱصۡبِرُوٓاْ أَوۡ لَا تَصۡبِرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ إِنَّمَا تُجۡزَوۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَiṣ'lawhāاصلوهاٱصْلَوْهَاBurn in itfa-iṣ'birūفاصبروافَٱصْبِرُوٓاْthen be patientawأوأَوْorlāلالَا(do) nottaṣbirūتصبرواتَصْبِرُواْbe patient,sawāonسواءسَوَآءٌ(it is) sameʿalaykumعليكمعَلَيْكُمْfor you.innamāإنماإِنَّمَاOnlytuj'zawnaتجزونتُجْزَوْنَyou are being recompensedmāمامَا(for) whatkuntumكنتمكُنتُمْyou used totaʿmalūnaتعملونتَعْمَلُونَdo."Endure the heat thereof, and whether ye are patient of it or impatient of it is all one for you. Ye are only being paid for what ye used to do.Burn in it, whether you bear it patiently or impatiently, it makes no difference to you[8]; you are recompensed only for what you used to do.”[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do.""Burn ye therein: the same is it to you whether ye bear it with patience, or not: Ye but receive the recompense of your (own) deeds." |
| 17 | إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّٰتٖ وَنَعِيمٖinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,l-mutaqīnaالمتقينٱلْمُتَّقِينَthe righteousfīفيفِى(will be) injannātinجناتجَنَّٰتٍGardenswanaʿīminونعيموَنَعِيمٍand pleasure,Lo! those who kept their duty dwell in gardens and delight,Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and bliss,Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure,As to the Righteous, they will be in Gardens, and in Happiness,- |
| 18 | فَٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ وَوَقَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلۡجَحِيمِfākihīnaفاكهينفَٰكِهِينَEnjoyingbimāبمابِمَآin whatātāhumآتاهمءَاتَىٰهُمْhas given themrabbuhumربهمرَبُّهُمْtheir Lord,wawaqāhumووقاهموَوَقَىٰهُمْand protected themrabbuhumربهمرَبُّهُمْtheir Lordʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَ(from the) punishmentl-jaḥīmiالجحيمٱلْجَحِيمِ(of) Hellfire.Happy because of what their Lord hath given them, and (because) their Lord hath warded off from them the torment of hell-fire.enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of the Blazing Fire.Enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire.Enjoying the (Bliss) which their Lord hath bestowed on them, and their Lord shall deliver them from the Penalty of the Fire. |
| 19 | كُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ هَنِيٓـَٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَkulūكلواكُلُواْ"Eatwa-ish'rabūواشربواوَٱشْرَبُواْand drinkhanīanهنيئاهَنِيٓـًٔۢا(in) satisfactionbimāبمابِمَاfor whatkuntumكنتمكُنتُمْyou used totaʿmalūnaتعملونتَعْمَلُونَdo."(And it is said unto them): Eat and drink in health (as a reward) for what ye used to do,“Eat and drink pleasantly for what you used to do,[They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do."(To them will be said:) "Eat and drink ye, with profit and health, because of your (good) deeds." |
| 20 | مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مَّصۡفُوفَةٖۖ وَزَوَّجۡنَٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٖmuttakiīnaمتكئينمُتَّكِـِٔينَRecliningʿalāعلىعَلَىٰonsururinسررسُرُرٍthronesmaṣfūfatinمصفوفةمَّصْفُوفَةٍlined up,wazawwajnāhumوزوجناهموَزَوَّجْنَٰهُمand We will marry thembiḥūrinبحوربِحُورٍto fair onesʿīninعينعِينٍ(with) large eyes.Reclining on ranged couches. And we wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes.reclining on couches all lined up”. And We will marry them to houris with wide beautiful eyes.They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes.They will recline (with ease) on Thrones (of dignity) arranged in ranks; and We shall join them to Companions, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes. |
| 21 | وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّبَعَتۡهُمۡ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَٰنٍ أَلۡحَقۡنَا بِهِمۡ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمۡ وَمَآ أَلَتۡنَٰهُم مِّنۡ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيۡءٖۚ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِيِٕۭ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٞwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whoāmanūآمنواءَامَنُواْbelievedwa-ittabaʿathumواتبعتهموَٱتَّبَعَتْهُمْand followed themdhurriyyatuhumذريتهمذُرِّيَّتُهُمtheir offspringbiīmāninبإيمانبِإِيمَٰنٍin faith,alḥaqnāألحقناأَلْحَقْنَاWe will joinbihimبهمبِهِمْwith themdhurriyyatahumذريتهمذُرِّيَّتَهُمْtheir offspringwamāوماوَمَآand notalatnāhumألتناهمأَلَتْنَٰهُمWe will deprive themminمنمِّنْofʿamalihimعملهمعَمَلِهِمtheir deedsminمنمِّن(in) anyshayinشيءشَىْءٍthing.kulluكلكُلُّEveryim'ri-inامرئٱمْرِئٍۭpersonbimāبمابِمَاfor whatkasabaكسبكَسَبَhe earnedrahīnunرهينرَهِينٌ(is) pledged.And they who believe and whose seed follow them in faith, We cause their seed to join them (there), and We deprive them of nought of their (life's) work. Every man is a pledge for that which he hath earned.As for those who believe and their offspring follow them in faith, We will cause their offspring to join them, and will not detract anything from [the reward of] their deeds. Everyone will be accountable for what he earned[9].And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds.[1554] Every person, for what he earned, is retained.[1555]And those who believe and whose families follow them in Faith,- to them shall We join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (of the fruit) of aught of their works: (Yet) is each individual in pledge for his deeds. |
| 22 | وَأَمۡدَدۡنَٰهُم بِفَٰكِهَةٖ وَلَحۡمٖ مِّمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَwa-amdadnāhumوأمددناهموَأَمْدَدْنَٰهُمAnd We will provide thembifākihatinبفاكهةبِفَٰكِهَةٍwith fruitwalaḥminولحموَلَحْمٍand meatmimmāممامِّمَّاfrom whatyashtahūnaيشتهونيَشْتَهُونَthey desire.And We provide them with fruit and meat such as they desire.And We will provide them with whatever fruit and meat they desire.And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire.And We shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire. |
| 23 | يَتَنَٰزَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأۡسٗا لَّا لَغۡوٞ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأۡثِيمٞyatanāzaʿūnaيتنازعونيَتَنَٰزَعُونَThey will pass to one anotherfīhāفيهافِيهَاthereinkasanكأساكَأْسًاa cup,lāلالَّاnolaghwunلغولَغْوٌill speechfīhāفيهافِيهَاthereinwalāولاوَلَاand notathīmunتأثيمتَأْثِيمٌsin.There they pass from hand to hand a cup wherein is neither vanity nor cause of sin.They will pass around to one another a glass [of pure wine] which does not lead to idle talk or sin.They will exchange with one another a cup [of wine] wherein [results] no ill speech or commission of sin.They shall there exchange, one with another, a (loving) cup free of frivolity, free of all taint of ill. |
| 24 | ۞ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ غِلۡمَانٞ لَّهُمۡ كَأَنَّهُمۡ لُؤۡلُؤٞ مَّكۡنُونٞwayaṭūfuويطوفوَيَطُوفُAnd will circulateʿalayhimعليهمعَلَيْهِمْamong themghil'mānunغلمانغِلْمَانٌboyslahumلهملَّهُمْfor them,ka-annahumكأنهمكَأَنَّهُمْas if they (were)lu'lu-onلؤلؤلُؤْلُؤٌpearlsmaknūnunمكنونمَّكْنُونٌwell-protected.And there go round, waiting on them menservants of their own, as they were hidden pearls.They will be served by their servant boys, as if they were well-protected pearls.There will circulate among them [servant] boys [especially] for them, as if they were pearls well-protected.Round about them will serve, (devoted) to them, young male servants (handsome) as Pearls well-guarded. |
| 25 | وَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَwa-aqbalaوأقبلوَأَقْبَلَAnd will approachbaʿḍuhumبعضهمبَعْضُهُمْsome of themʿalāعلىعَلَىٰtobaʿḍinبعضبَعْضٍothersyatasāalūnaيتساءلونيَتَسَآءَلُونَinquiring.And some of them draw near unto others, questioning,They will turn to one another with questions[10].And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.They will advance to each other, engaging in mutual enquiry. |
| 26 | قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبۡلُ فِيٓ أَهۡلِنَا مُشۡفِقِينَqālūقالواقَالُوٓاْThey will say,innāإناإِنَّا"Indeed, wekunnāكناكُنَّا[we] wereqabluقبلقَبْلُbeforefīفيفِىٓamongahlināأهلناأَهْلِنَاour familiesmush'fiqīnaمشفقينمُشْفِقِينَfearful,Saying: Lo! of old, when we were with our families, we were ever anxious;They will say, “Before this, we used to be in awe [of Allah] when we were living among our people.They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allāh].They will say: "Aforetime, we were not without fear for the sake of our people. |
| 27 | فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡنَا وَوَقَىٰنَا عَذَابَ ٱلسَّمُومِfamannaفمنفَمَنَّBut Allah conferred favorl-lahuاللهٱللَّهُBut Allah conferred favorʿalaynāعليناعَلَيْنَاupon us,wawaqānāووقاناوَوَقَىٰنَاand protected usʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَ(from the) punishmentl-samūmiالسمومٱلسَّمُومِ(of) the Scorching Fire.But Allah hath been gracious unto us and hath preserved us from the torment of the breath of Fire.Therefore Allah conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire.So Allāh conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire."But Allah has been good to us, and has delivered us from the Penalty of the Scorching Wind. |
| 28 | إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبۡلُ نَدۡعُوهُۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡبَرُّ ٱلرَّحِيمُinnāإناإِنَّاIndeed, wekunnāكناكُنَّا[we] used tominمنمِنbeforeqabluقبلقَبْلُbeforenadʿūhuندعوهنَدْعُوهُcall Him.innahuإنهإِنَّهُۥIndeed, Hehuwaهوهُوَ[He]l-baruالبرٱلْبَرُّ(is) the Most Kind,l-raḥīmuالرحيمٱلرَّحِيمُthe Most Merciful."Lo! we used to pray unto Him of old. Lo! He is the Benign, the Merciful.Indeed, we used to call upon Him before. He is indeed the Most Kind, the Most Merciful.”Indeed, we used to supplicate[1556] Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful.""Truly, we did call unto Him from of old: truly it is He, the Beneficent, the Merciful!" |
| 29 | فَذَكِّرۡ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِنِعۡمَتِ رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٖ وَلَا مَجۡنُونٍfadhakkirفذكرفَذَكِّرْTherefore remind,famāفمافَمَآfor notantaأنتأَنتَyoubiniʿ'matiبنعمتبِنِعْمَتِ(are) by (the) gracerabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lordbikāhininبكاهنبِكَاهِنٍa soothsayer,walāولاوَلَاand notmajnūninمجنونمَجْنُونٍa madman.Therefor warn (men, O Muhammad). By the grace of Allah thou art neither soothsayer nor madman.So keep exhorting [O Prophet], for you are not, by the grace of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman.So remind, [O Muḥammad], for you are not, by the favor of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman.Therefore proclaim thou the praises (of thy Lord): for by the Grace of thy Lord, thou art no (vulgar) soothsayer, nor art thou one possessed. |
| 30 | أَمۡ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٞ نَّتَرَبَّصُ بِهِۦ رَيۡبَ ٱلۡمَنُونِamأمأَمْOryaqūlūnaيقولونيَقُولُونَ(do) they say,shāʿirunشاعرشَاعِرٌ"A poet,natarabbaṣuنتربصنَّتَرَبَّصُwe waitbihiبهبِهِۦfor himraybaريبرَيْبَa misfortune of time."l-manūniالمنونٱلْمَنُونِa misfortune of time."Or say they: (he is) a poet, (one) for whom we may expect the accident of time?Or do they say: “He is a poet for whom we await a misfortune[11]”?Or do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time"?[1557]Or do they say:- "A Poet! we await for him some calamity (hatched) by Time!" |
| 31 | قُلۡ تَرَبَّصُواْ فَإِنِّي مَعَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡمُتَرَبِّصِينَqulقلقُلْSay,tarabbaṣūتربصواتَرَبَّصُواْ"Wait,fa-innīفإنيفَإِنِّىfor indeed I am,maʿakumمعكممَعَكُمwith you,minaمنمِّنَamongl-mutarabiṣīnaالمتربصينٱلْمُتَرَبِّصِينَthose who wait."Say (unto them): Except (your fill)! Lo! I am with you among the expectant.Say, “Wait, I too am waiting with you.”Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters."Say thou: "Await ye!- I too will wait along with you!" |
| 32 | أَمۡ تَأۡمُرُهُمۡ أَحۡلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآۚ أَمۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٞ طَاغُونَamأمأَمْOrtamuruhumتأمرهمتَأْمُرُهُمْcommand themaḥlāmuhumأحلامهمأَحْلَٰمُهُمtheir mindsbihādhāبهذابِهَٰذَآthis,amأمأَمْorhumهمهُمْtheyqawmunقومقَوْمٌ(are) a peopleṭāghūnaطاغونطَاغُونَtransgressing?Do their minds command them to do this, or are they an outrageous folk?Do their minds[12] prompt them to say such things, or are they transgressing people?Or do their minds[1558] command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people?Is it that their faculties of understanding urge them to this, or are they but a people transgressing beyond bounds? |
| 33 | أَمۡ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُۥۚ بَل لَّا يُؤۡمِنُونَamأمأَمْOryaqūlūnaيقولونيَقُولُونَ(do) they say,taqawwalahuتقولهتَقَوَّلَهُۥ"He has made it up"balبلبَلNay,lāلالَّاnotyu'minūnaيؤمنونيُؤْمِنُونَthey believe.Or say they: He hath invented it? Nay, but they will not believe!Or do they say, “He has made this [Qur’an] up”? Rather, they are not willing to believe.Or do they say, "He has made it up"? Rather, they do not believe.Or do they say, "He fabricated the (Message)"? Nay, they have no faith! |
| 34 | فَلۡيَأۡتُواْ بِحَدِيثٖ مِّثۡلِهِۦٓ إِن كَانُواْ صَٰدِقِينَfalyatūفليأتوافَلْيَأْتُواْThen let them bringbiḥadīthinبحديثبِحَدِيثٍa statementmith'lihiمثلهمِّثْلِهِۦٓlike it,inإنإِنifkānūكانواكَانُواْthey areṣādiqīnaصادقينصَٰدِقِينَtruthful.Then let them produce speech the like thereof, if they are truthful.Then let them produce a discourse like this, if they are truthful[13].Then let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful.Let them then produce a recital like unto it,- If (it be) they speak the truth! |
| 35 | أَمۡ خُلِقُواْ مِنۡ غَيۡرِ شَيۡءٍ أَمۡ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰلِقُونَamأمأَمْOrkhuliqūخلقواخُلِقُواْthey were createdminمنمِنْofghayriغيرغَيْرِnothing,shayinشيءشَىْءٍnothing,amأمأَمْorhumuهمهُمُ(are) theyl-khāliqūnaالخالقونٱلْخَٰلِقُونَthe creators?Or were they created out of naught? Or are they the creators?Were they created by none, or were they the creators [of themselves]?Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]?Were they created of nothing, or were they themselves the creators? |
| 36 | أَمۡ خَلَقُواْ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَۚ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَamأمأَمْOrkhalaqūخلقواخَلَقُواْ(did) they createl-samāwātiالسماواتٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِthe heavenswal-arḍaوالأرضوَٱلْأَرْضَand the earth?balبلبَلNay,lāلالَّاnotyūqinūnaيوقنونيُوقِنُونَthey are certain.Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, but they are sure of nothing!Or did they create the heavens and earth? Rather, they are not certain in faith.Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain.Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, they have no firm belief. |
| 37 | أَمۡ عِندَهُمۡ خَزَآئِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمۡ هُمُ ٱلۡمُصَۜيۡطِرُونَamأمأَمْOrʿindahumعندهمعِندَهُمْwith themkhazāinuخزائنخَزَآئِنُ(are the) treasuresrabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lordamأمأَمْorhumuهمهُمُ(are) theyl-muṣayṭirūnaالمصيطرونٱلْمُصَۣيْطِرُونَthe controllers?Or do they own the treasures of thy Lord? Or have they been given charge (thereof)?Or do they possess the treasures of your Lord, or do they have full control [of everything]?Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]?Or are the Treasures of thy Lord with them, or are they the managers (of affairs)? |
| 38 | أَمۡ لَهُمۡ سُلَّمٞ يَسۡتَمِعُونَ فِيهِۖ فَلۡيَأۡتِ مُسۡتَمِعُهُم بِسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍamأمأَمْOrlahumلهملَهُمْfor themsullamunسلمسُلَّمٌ(is) a stairway,yastamiʿūnaيستمعونيَسْتَمِعُونَthey listenfīhiفيهفِيهِtherewith?falyatiفليأتفَلْيَأْتِThen let bring,mus'tamiʿuhumمستمعهممُسْتَمِعُهُمtheir listener,bisul'ṭāninبسلطانبِسُلْطَٰنٍan authoritymubīninمبينمُّبِينٍclear.Or have they any stairway (unto heaven) by means of which they overhear (decrees). Then let their listener produce some warrant manifest!Or do they have a stairway [to the heaven] by which they eavesdrop? Then let those who eavesdrop produce a compelling proof.Or have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority [i.e., proof].Or have they a ladder, by which they can (climb up to heaven and) listen (to its secrets)? Then let (such a) listener of theirs produce a manifest proof. |
| 39 | أَمۡ لَهُ ٱلۡبَنَٰتُ وَلَكُمُ ٱلۡبَنُونَamأمأَمْOrlahuلهلَهُfor Himl-banātuالبناتٱلْبَنَٰتُ(are) daughterswalakumuولكموَلَكُمُwhile for youl-banūnaالبنونٱلْبَنُونَ(are) sons?Or hath He daughters whereas ye have sons?Or does He have daughters while you have sons[14]?Or has He daughters while you have sons?Or has He only daughters and ye have sons? |
| 40 | أَمۡ تَسۡـَٔلُهُمۡ أَجۡرٗا فَهُم مِّن مَّغۡرَمٖ مُّثۡقَلُونَamأمأَمْOrtasaluhumتسألهمتَسْـَٔلُهُمْ(do) you ask from themajranأجراأَجْرًاa payment,fahumفهمفَهُمso theyminمنمِّنfrommaghraminمغرممَّغْرَمٍa debtmuth'qalūnaمثقلونمُّثْقَلُونَ(are) overburdened.Or askest thou (Muhammad) a fee from them so that they are plunged in debt?Or are you asking them [O Prophet] for a reward so they are overburdened by debt?Or do you, [O Muḥammad], ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down?Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- |
| 41 | أَمۡ عِندَهُمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبُ فَهُمۡ يَكۡتُبُونَamأمأَمْOrʿindahumuعندهمعِندَهُمُwith theml-ghaybuالغيبٱلْغَيْبُ(is) the unseen,fahumفهمفَهُمْso theyyaktubūnaيكتبونيَكْتُبُونَwrite (it) down?Or possess they the Unseen so that they can write (it) down?Or do they have [the knowledge of] the unseen so they are writing it down?Or have they [knowledge of] the unseen, so they write [it] down?Or that the Unseen in it their hands, and they write it down? |
| 42 | أَمۡ يُرِيدُونَ كَيۡدٗاۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡمَكِيدُونَamأمأَمْOryurīdūnaيريدونيُرِيدُونَ(do) they intendkaydanكيداكَيْدًاa plot?fa-alladhīnaفالذينفَٱلَّذِينَBut those whokafarūكفرواكَفَرُواْdisbelieve,humuهمهُمُthemselvesl-makīdūnaالمكيدونٱلْمَكِيدُونَ(are in) the plot.Or seek they to ensnare (the messenger)? But those who disbelieve, they are the ensnared!Or do they intend a plot [against the Prophet]? But the plot of the disbelievers will rebound against themselves.Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan.Or do they intend a plot (against thee)? But those who defy Allah are themselves involved in a Plot! |
| 43 | أَمۡ لَهُمۡ إِلَٰهٌ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِۚ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَamأمأَمْOrlahumلهملَهُمْfor themilāhunإلهإِلَٰهٌa godghayruغيرغَيْرُother thanl-lahiاللهٱللَّهِAllah?sub'ḥānaسبحانسُبْحَٰنَGlory bel-lahiاللهٱللَّهِ(to) Allahʿammāعماعَمَّاfrom whatyush'rikūnaيشركونيُشْرِكُونَthey associate (with Him).Or have they any god beside Allah? Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)!Or do they have a god other than Allah? Glory be to Allah far above what they associate with Him.Or have they a deity other than Allāh? Exalted is Allāh above whatever they associate with Him.Or have they a god other than Allah? Exalted is Allah far above the things they associate with Him! |
| 44 | وَإِن يَرَوۡاْ كِسۡفٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطٗا يَقُولُواْ سَحَابٞ مَّرۡكُومٞwa-inوإنوَإِنAnd ifyarawيروايَرَوْاْthey were to seekis'fanكسفاكِسْفًاa portionminaمنمِّنَfroml-samāiالسماءٱلسَّمَآءِthe skysāqiṭanساقطاسَاقِطًاfalling,yaqūlūيقولوايَقُولُواْthey will say,saḥābunسحابسَحَابٌ"Cloudsmarkūmunمركوممَّرْكُومٌheaped up."And if they were to see a fragment of the heaven falling, they would say: A heap of clouds.If they were to see pieces of the sky falling down[15], they would still say, “[This is only] a mass of clouds.”And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling,[1559] they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up."Were they to see a piece of the sky falling (on them), they would (only) say: "Clouds gathered in heaps!" |
| 45 | فَذَرۡهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوۡمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي فِيهِ يُصۡعَقُونَfadharhumفذرهمفَذَرْهُمْSo leave themḥattāحتىحَتَّىٰuntilyulāqūيلاقوايُلَٰقُواْthey meetyawmahumuيومهميَوْمَهُمُtheir Dayalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىwhichfīhiفيهفِيهِin ityuṣ'ʿaqūnaيصعقونيُصْعَقُونَthey will faint.Then let them be (O Muhammad), till they meet their day, in which they will be thunder-stricken,So leave them alone until they encounter their Day in which they will be struck down[16],So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible -So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs, wherein they shall (perforce) swoon (with terror),- |
| 46 | يَوۡمَ لَا يُغۡنِي عَنۡهُمۡ كَيۡدُهُمۡ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا هُمۡ يُنصَرُونَyawmaيوميَوْمَ(The) Daylāلالَاnotyugh'nīيغنييُغْنِىwill availʿanhumعنهمعَنْهُمْto themkayduhumكيدهمكَيْدُهُمْtheir plottingshayanشيئاشَيْـًٔا(in) anything,walāولاوَلَاand nothumهمهُمْtheyyunṣarūnaينصرونيُنصَرُونَwill be helped.A day in which their guile will naught avail them, nor will they be helped.the Day their plots will not avail them in the least, nor will they be helped.The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped.The Day when their plotting will avail them nothing and no help shall be given them. |
| 47 | وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ عَذَابٗا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَwa-innaوإنوَإِنَّAnd indeed,lilladhīnaللذينلِلَّذِينَfor those whoẓalamūظلمواظَلَمُواْdo wrong,ʿadhābanعذاباعَذَابًا(is) a punishmentdūnaدوندُونَbeforedhālikaذلكذَٰلِكَthat,walākinnaولكنوَلَٰكِنَّbutaktharahumأكثرهمأَكْثَرَهُمْmost of themlāلالَا(do) notyaʿlamūnaيعلمونيَعْلَمُونَknow.And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a punishment beyond that. But most of them know not.And for the wrongdoers, there will be another punishment before that[17], but most of them do not know.And indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment[1560] before that, but most of them do not know.And verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment besides this: But most of them understand not. |
| 48 | وَٱصۡبِرۡ لِحُكۡمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعۡيُنِنَاۖ وَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُwa-iṣ'birواصبروَٱصْبِرْSo be patient,liḥuk'miلحكملِحُكْمِfor (the) Commandrabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lord,fa-innakaفإنكفَإِنَّكَfor indeed, youbi-aʿyunināبأعيننابِأَعْيُنِنَا(are) in Our Eyes.wasabbiḥوسبحوَسَبِّحْAnd glorifybiḥamdiبحمدبِحَمْدِ(the) praiserabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lordḥīnaحينحِينَwhentaqūmuتقومتَقُومُyou arise,So wait patiently (O Muhammad) for thy Lord's decree, for surely thou art in Our sight; and hymn the praise of thy Lord when thou uprisest,Be patient [O Prophet] with your Lord’s decree, for indeed you are under Our [Watchful] Eyes. And glorify the praises of your Lord when you rise.And be patient, [O Muḥammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes [i.e., sight]. And exalt [Allāh] with praise of your Lord when you ariseNow await in patience the command of thy Lord: for verily thou art in Our eyes: and celebrate the praises of thy Lord the while thou standest forth, |
| 49 | وَمِنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ فَسَبِّحۡهُ وَإِدۡبَٰرَ ٱلنُّجُومِwaminaومنوَمِنَAnd ofal-layliالليلٱلَّيْلِthe night,fasabbiḥ'huفسبحهفَسَبِّحْهُglorify Him,wa-id'bāraوإدباروَإِدْبَٰرَand afterl-nujūmiالنجومٱلنُّجُومِthe stars.And in the night-time also hymn His praise, and at the setting of the stars.And glorify Him at night and when the stars fade away[18].And in a part of the night exalt Him and after [the setting of] the stars.And for part of the night also praise thou Him,- and at the retreat of the stars! |
| 1 | وَالطُّورِ |
| 2 | وَكِتَابٍ مَّسْطُورٍ |
| 3 | فِي رَقٍّ مَّنشُورٍ |
| 4 | وَالْبَيْتِ الْمَعْمُورِ |
| 5 | وَالسَّقْفِ الْمَرْفُوعِ |
| 6 | وَالْبَحْرِ الْمَسْجُورِ |
| 7 | إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَاقِعٌ |
| 8 | مَّا لَهُ مِن دَافِعٍ |
| 9 | يَوْمَ تَمُورُ السَّمَاءُ مَوْرًا |
| 10 | وَتَسِيرُ الْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا |
| 11 | فَوَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ |
| 12 | الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي خَوْضٍ يَلْعَبُونَ |
| 13 | يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا |
| 14 | هَٰذِهِ النَّارُ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ |
| 15 | أَفَسِحْرٌ هَٰذَا أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ |
| 16 | اصْلَوْهَا فَاصْبِرُوا أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ |
| 17 | إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ |
| 18 | فَاكِهِينَ بِمَا آتَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ |
| 19 | كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ |
| 20 | مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مَّصْفُوفَةٍ وَزَوَّجْنَاهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٍ |
| 21 | وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَاتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَانٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَا أَلَتْنَاهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٌ |
| 22 | وَأَمْدَدْنَاهُم بِفَاكِهَةٍ وَلَحْمٍ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ |
| 23 | يَتَنَازَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسًا لَّا لَغْوٌ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمٌ |
| 24 | ۞ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٌ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌ مَّكْنُونٌ |
| 25 | وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ |
| 26 | قَالُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِي أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ |
| 27 | فَمَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَانَا عَذَابَ السَّمُومِ |
| 28 | إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْبَرُّ الرَّحِيمُ |
| 29 | فَذَكِّرْ فَمَا أَنتَ بِنِعْمَتِ رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٍ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍ |
| 30 | أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٌ نَّتَرَبَّصُ بِهِ رَيْبَ الْمَنُونِ |
| 31 | قُلْ تَرَبَّصُوا فَإِنِّي مَعَكُم مِّنَ الْمُتَرَبِّصِينَ |
| 32 | أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَامُهُم بِهَٰذَا أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ |
| 33 | أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُ بَل لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ |
| 34 | فَلْيَأْتُوا بِحَدِيثٍ مِّثْلِهِ إِن كَانُوا صَادِقِينَ |
| 35 | أَمْ خُلِقُوا مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ الْخَالِقُونَ |
| 36 | أَمْ خَلَقُوا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ |
| 37 | أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَائِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ الْمُصَيْطِرُونَ |
| 38 | أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٌ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ فَلْيَأْتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ |
| 39 | أَمْ لَهُ الْبَنَاتُ وَلَكُمُ الْبَنُونَ |
| 40 | أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ أَجْرًا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٍ مُّثْقَلُونَ |
| 41 | أَمْ عِندَهُمُ الْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ |
| 42 | أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدًا فَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هُمُ الْمَكِيدُونَ |
| 43 | أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ |
| 44 | وَإِن يَرَوْا كِسْفًا مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ سَاقِطًا يَقُولُوا سَحَابٌ مَّرْكُومٌ |
| 45 | فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ |
| 46 | يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ |
| 47 | وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا عَذَابًا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ |
| 48 | وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ |
| 49 | وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَارَ النُّجُومِ |
| 1 | وَٱلطُّورِwal-ṭūriوالطوروَٱلطُّورِBy the Mount,By the Mount,By the mount of Tūr[1],By the mountBy the Mount (of Revelation); |
| 2 | وَكِتَٰبٖ مَّسْطُورٖwakitābinوكتابوَكِتَٰبٍAnd by (the) BookmasṭūrinمسطورمَّسْطُورٍwrittenAnd a Scripture inscribedand by the Book inscribed[2]And [by] a Book inscribed[1550]By a Decree inscribed |
| 3 | فِي رَقّٖ مَّنشُورٖfīفيفِىInraqqinرقرَقٍّparchmentmanshūrinمنشورمَّنشُورٍunrolled,On fine parchment unrolled,on an unrolled parchment[3],In parchment spread openIn a Scroll unfolded; |
| 4 | وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلْمَعْمُورِwal-baytiوالبيتوَٱلْبَيْتِBy the Housel-maʿmūriالمعمورٱلْمَعْمُورِfrequentedAnd the House frequented,and by the much-frequented House[4],And [by] the frequented House[1551]By the much-frequented Fane; |
| 5 | وَٱلسَّقْفِ ٱلْمَرْفُوعِwal-saqfiوالسقفوَٱلسَّقْفِBy the roofl-marfūʿiالمرفوعٱلْمَرْفُوعِraised highAnd the roof exalted,and by the canopy raised high,And [by] the ceiling [i.e., heaven] raised highBy the Canopy Raised High; |
| 6 | وَٱلْبَحْرِ ٱلْمَسْجُورِwal-baḥriوالبحروَٱلْبَحْرِBy the seal-masjūriالمسجورٱلْمَسْجُورِfilledAnd the sea kept filled,and by the sea set on fire[5].And [by] the sea set on fire,[1552]And by the Ocean filled with Swell;- |
| 7 | إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعَinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,ʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَ(the) punishmentrabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lordlawāqiʿunلواقعلَوَٰقِعٌ(will) surely occur.Lo! the doom of thy Lord will surely come to pass;The punishment of your Lord will surely come to pass;Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur.Verily, the Doom of thy Lord will indeed come to pass;- |
| 8 | مَّا لَهُ مِن دَافِعٖmāمامَّاNotlahuلهلَهُfor itminمنمِنanydāfiʿinدافعدَافِعٍpreventer.There is none that can ward it off.there is none who can avert it.Of it there is no preventer.There is none can avert it;- |
| 9 | يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوْرٗاyawmaيوميَوْمَ(On the) Daytamūruتمورتَمُورُwill shakel-samāuالسماءٱلسَّمَآءُthe heavenmawranمورامَوْرًا(with violent) shakeOn the day when the heaven will heave with (awful) heaving,On the Day when the heaven will convulse violently[6],On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motionOn the Day when the firmament will be in dreadful commotion. |
| 10 | وَتَسِيرُ ٱلْجِبَالُ سَيْرٗاwatasīruوتسيروَتَسِيرُAnd will move away,l-jibāluالجبالٱلْجِبَالُthe mountainssayranسيراسَيْرًا(with an awful) movementAnd the mountains move away with (awful) movement,and the mountains will move a horrible movement[7].And the mountains will pass on, departing[1553] -And the mountains will fly hither and thither. |
| 11 | فَوَيْلَ يَوْمَئِذٖ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَfawaylunفويلفَوَيْلٌThen woe,yawma-idhinيومئذيَوْمَئِذٍthat Day,lil'mukadhibīnaللمكذبينلِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَto the deniers,Then woe that day unto the deniersThen woe to the deniers on that Day,Then woe, that Day, to the deniers,Then woe that Day to those that treat (Truth) as Falsehood;- |
| 12 | ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي خَوْضٖ يَلْعَبُونَalladhīnaالذينٱلَّذِينَWhohumهمهُمْ[they]fīفيفِىinkhawḍinخوضخَوْضٍ(vain) discourseyalʿabūnaيلعبونيَلْعَبُونَare playing.Who play in talk of grave matters;those who amuse themselves in falsehood.Who are in [empty] discourse amusing themselves.That play (and paddle) in shallow trifles. |
| 13 | يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّاyawmaيوميَوْمَ(The) Dayyudaʿʿūnaيدعونيُدَعُّونَthey will be thrustilāإلىإِلَىٰ(in)tonāriنارنَارِ(the) Firejahannamaجهنمجَهَنَّمَ(of) Helldaʿʿanدعادَعًّا(with) a thrust.The day when they are thrust with a (disdainful) thrust, into the fire of hellOn the Day when they will be shoved into the Fire forcefully,The Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust, [its angels will say],That Day shall they be thrust down to the Fire of Hell, irresistibly. |
| 14 | هَٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَhādhihiهذههَٰذِهِ"Thisl-nāruالنارٱلنَّارُ(is) the Fireallatīالتيٱلَّتِىwhichkuntumكنتمكُنتُمyou used tobihāبهابِهَا[of it]tukadhibūnaتكذبونتُكَذِّبُونَdeny.(And it is said unto them): This is the Fire which ye were wont to deny.[They will be told,] “This is the Fire which you used to deny."This is the Fire which you used to deny."This:, it will be said, "Is the Fire,- which ye were wont to deny! |
| 15 | أَفَسِحْرٌ هَٰذَآ أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَafasiḥ'runأفسحرأَفَسِحْرٌThen is this magic,hādhāهذاهَٰذَآThen is this magic,amأمأَمْorantumأنتمأَنتُمْyoulāلالَا(do) nottub'ṣirūnaتبصرونتُبْصِرُونَsee?Is this magic, or do ye not see?Is this [punishment] magic, or do you not see?Then is this magic, or do you not see?"Is this then a fake, or is it ye that do not see? |
| 16 | ٱصْلَوْهَا فَٱصْبِرُوٓاْ أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمْۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَiṣ'lawhāاصلوهاٱصْلَوْهَاBurn in itfa-iṣ'birūفاصبروافَٱصْبِرُوٓاْthen be patientawأوأَوْorlāلالَا(do) nottaṣbirūتصبرواتَصْبِرُواْbe patient,sawāonسواءسَوَآءٌ(it is) sameʿalaykumعليكمعَلَيْكُمْfor you.innamāإنماإِنَّمَاOnlytuj'zawnaتجزونتُجْزَوْنَyou are being recompensedmāمامَا(for) whatkuntumكنتمكُنتُمْyou used totaʿmalūnaتعملونتَعْمَلُونَdo."Endure the heat thereof, and whether ye are patient of it or impatient of it is all one for you. Ye are only being paid for what ye used to do.Burn in it, whether you bear it patiently or impatiently, it makes no difference to you[8]; you are recompensed only for what you used to do.”[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do.""Burn ye therein: the same is it to you whether ye bear it with patience, or not: Ye but receive the recompense of your (own) deeds." |
| 17 | إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّٰتٖ وَنَعِيمٖinnaإنإِنَّIndeed,l-mutaqīnaالمتقينٱلْمُتَّقِينَthe righteousfīفيفِى(will be) injannātinجناتجَنَّٰتٍGardenswanaʿīminونعيموَنَعِيمٍand pleasure,Lo! those who kept their duty dwell in gardens and delight,Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and bliss,Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure,As to the Righteous, they will be in Gardens, and in Happiness,- |
| 18 | فَٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْجَحِيمِfākihīnaفاكهينفَٰكِهِينَEnjoyingbimāبمابِمَآin whatātāhumآتاهمءَاتَىٰهُمْhas given themrabbuhumربهمرَبُّهُمْtheir Lord,wawaqāhumووقاهموَوَقَىٰهُمْand protected themrabbuhumربهمرَبُّهُمْtheir Lordʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَ(from the) punishmentl-jaḥīmiالجحيمٱلْجَحِيمِ(of) Hellfire.Happy because of what their Lord hath given them, and (because) their Lord hath warded off from them the torment of hell-fire.enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of the Blazing Fire.Enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire.Enjoying the (Bliss) which their Lord hath bestowed on them, and their Lord shall deliver them from the Penalty of the Fire. |
| 19 | كُلُواْ وَٱشْرَبُواْ هَنِيٓـَٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَkulūكلواكُلُواْ"Eatwa-ish'rabūواشربواوَٱشْرَبُواْand drinkhanīanهنيئاهَنِيٓـًٔۢا(in) satisfactionbimāبمابِمَاfor whatkuntumكنتمكُنتُمْyou used totaʿmalūnaتعملونتَعْمَلُونَdo."(And it is said unto them): Eat and drink in health (as a reward) for what ye used to do,“Eat and drink pleasantly for what you used to do,[They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do."(To them will be said:) "Eat and drink ye, with profit and health, because of your (good) deeds." |
| 20 | مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مَّصْفُوفَةٖۖ وَزَوَّجْنَٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٖmuttakiīnaمتكئينمُتَّكِـِٔينَRecliningʿalāعلىعَلَىٰonsururinسررسُرُرٍthronesmaṣfūfatinمصفوفةمَّصْفُوفَةٍlined up,wazawwajnāhumوزوجناهموَزَوَّجْنَٰهُمand We will marry thembiḥūrinبحوربِحُورٍto fair onesʿīninعينعِينٍ(with) large eyes.Reclining on ranged couches. And we wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes.reclining on couches all lined up”. And We will marry them to houris with wide beautiful eyes.They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes.They will recline (with ease) on Thrones (of dignity) arranged in ranks; and We shall join them to Companions, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes. |
| 21 | وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَٰنٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَآ أَلَتْنَٰهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيْءٖۚ كُلُّ ٱمْرِيِٕۭ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينَwa-alladhīnaوالذينوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whoāmanūآمنواءَامَنُواْbelievedwa-ittabaʿathumواتبعتهموَٱتَّبَعَتْهُمْand followed themdhurriyyatuhumذريتهمذُرِّيَّتُهُمtheir offspringbiīmāninبإيمانبِإِيمَٰنٍin faith,alḥaqnāألحقناأَلْحَقْنَاWe will joinbihimبهمبِهِمْwith themdhurriyyatahumذريتهمذُرِّيَّتَهُمْtheir offspringwamāوماوَمَآand notalatnāhumألتناهمأَلَتْنَٰهُمWe will deprive themminمنمِّنْofʿamalihimعملهمعَمَلِهِمtheir deedsminمنمِّن(in) anyshayinشيءشَىْءٍthing.kulluكلكُلُّEveryim'ri-inامرئٱمْرِئٍۭpersonbimāبمابِمَاfor whatkasabaكسبكَسَبَhe earnedrahīnunرهينرَهِينٌ(is) pledged.And they who believe and whose seed follow them in faith, We cause their seed to join them (there), and We deprive them of nought of their (life's) work. Every man is a pledge for that which he hath earned.As for those who believe and their offspring follow them in faith, We will cause their offspring to join them, and will not detract anything from [the reward of] their deeds. Everyone will be accountable for what he earned[9].And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds.[1554] Every person, for what he earned, is retained.[1555]And those who believe and whose families follow them in Faith,- to them shall We join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (of the fruit) of aught of their works: (Yet) is each individual in pledge for his deeds. |
| 22 | وَأَمْدَدْنَٰهُم بِفَٰكِهَةٖ وَلَحْمٖ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَwa-amdadnāhumوأمددناهموَأَمْدَدْنَٰهُمAnd We will provide thembifākihatinبفاكهةبِفَٰكِهَةٍwith fruitwalaḥminولحموَلَحْمٍand meatmimmāممامِّمَّاfrom whatyashtahūnaيشتهونيَشْتَهُونَthey desire.And We provide them with fruit and meat such as they desire.And We will provide them with whatever fruit and meat they desire.And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire.And We shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire. |
| 23 | يَتَنَٰزَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسٗا لَّا لَغْوَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمَyatanāzaʿūnaيتنازعونيَتَنَٰزَعُونَThey will pass to one anotherfīhāفيهافِيهَاthereinkasanكأساكَأْسًاa cup,lāلالَّاnolaghwunلغولَغْوٌill speechfīhāفيهافِيهَاthereinwalāولاوَلَاand notathīmunتأثيمتَأْثِيمٌsin.There they pass from hand to hand a cup wherein is neither vanity nor cause of sin.They will pass around to one another a glass [of pure wine] which does not lead to idle talk or sin.They will exchange with one another a cup [of wine] wherein [results] no ill speech or commission of sin.They shall there exchange, one with another, a (loving) cup free of frivolity, free of all taint of ill. |
| 24 | ۞ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانَ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤَ مَّكْنُونَwayaṭūfuويطوفوَيَطُوفُAnd will circulateʿalayhimعليهمعَلَيْهِمْamong themghil'mānunغلمانغِلْمَانٌboyslahumلهملَّهُمْfor them,ka-annahumكأنهمكَأَنَّهُمْas if they (were)lu'lu-onلؤلؤلُؤْلُؤٌpearlsmaknūnunمكنونمَّكْنُونٌwell-protected.And there go round, waiting on them menservants of their own, as they were hidden pearls.They will be served by their servant boys, as if they were well-protected pearls.There will circulate among them [servant] boys [especially] for them, as if they were pearls well-protected.Round about them will serve, (devoted) to them, young male servants (handsome) as Pearls well-guarded. |
| 25 | وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَwa-aqbalaوأقبلوَأَقْبَلَAnd will approachbaʿḍuhumبعضهمبَعْضُهُمْsome of themʿalāعلىعَلَىٰtobaʿḍinبعضبَعْضٍothersyatasāalūnaيتساءلونيَتَسَآءَلُونَinquiring.And some of them draw near unto others, questioning,They will turn to one another with questions[10].And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.They will advance to each other, engaging in mutual enquiry. |
| 26 | قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِيٓ أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَqālūقالواقَالُوٓاْThey will say,innāإناإِنَّا"Indeed, wekunnāكناكُنَّا[we] wereqabluقبلقَبْلُbeforefīفيفِىٓamongahlināأهلناأَهْلِنَاour familiesmush'fiqīnaمشفقينمُشْفِقِينَfearful,Saying: Lo! of old, when we were with our families, we were ever anxious;They will say, “Before this, we used to be in awe [of Allah] when we were living among our people.They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allāh].They will say: "Aforetime, we were not without fear for the sake of our people. |
| 27 | فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَىٰنَا عَذَابَ ٱلسَّمُومِfamannaفمنفَمَنَّBut Allah conferred favorl-lahuاللهٱللَّهُBut Allah conferred favorʿalaynāعليناعَلَيْنَاupon us,wawaqānāووقاناوَوَقَىٰنَاand protected usʿadhābaعذابعَذَابَ(from the) punishmentl-samūmiالسمومٱلسَّمُومِ(of) the Scorching Fire.But Allah hath been gracious unto us and hath preserved us from the torment of the breath of Fire.Therefore Allah conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire.So Allāh conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire."But Allah has been good to us, and has delivered us from the Penalty of the Scorching Wind. |
| 28 | إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُۖ إِنَّهُ هُوَ ٱلْبَرُّ ٱلرَّحِيمُinnāإناإِنَّاIndeed, wekunnāكناكُنَّا[we] used tominمنمِنbeforeqabluقبلقَبْلُbeforenadʿūhuندعوهنَدْعُوهُcall Him.innahuإنهإِنَّهُIndeed, Hehuwaهوهُوَ[He]l-baruالبرٱلْبَرُّ(is) the Most Kind,l-raḥīmuالرحيمٱلرَّحِيمُthe Most Merciful."Lo! we used to pray unto Him of old. Lo! He is the Benign, the Merciful.Indeed, we used to call upon Him before. He is indeed the Most Kind, the Most Merciful.”Indeed, we used to supplicate[1556] Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful.""Truly, we did call unto Him from of old: truly it is He, the Beneficent, the Merciful!" |
| 29 | فَذَكِّرْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِنِعْمَتِ رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٖ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍfadhakkirفذكرفَذَكِّرْTherefore remind,famāفمافَمَآfor notantaأنتأَنتَyoubiniʿ'matiبنعمتبِنِعْمَتِ(are) by (the) gracerabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lordbikāhininبكاهنبِكَاهِنٍa soothsayer,walāولاوَلَاand notmajnūninمجنونمَجْنُونٍa madman.Therefor warn (men, O Muhammad). By the grace of Allah thou art neither soothsayer nor madman.So keep exhorting [O Prophet], for you are not, by the grace of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman.So remind, [O Muḥammad], for you are not, by the favor of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman.Therefore proclaim thou the praises (of thy Lord): for by the Grace of thy Lord, thou art no (vulgar) soothsayer, nor art thou one possessed. |
| 30 | أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرَ نَّتَرَبَّصُ بِهِۦ رَيْبَ ٱلْمَنُونِamأمأَمْOryaqūlūnaيقولونيَقُولُونَ(do) they say,shāʿirunشاعرشَاعِرٌ"A poet,natarabbaṣuنتربصنَّتَرَبَّصُwe waitbihiبهبِهِۦfor himraybaريبرَيْبَa misfortune of time."l-manūniالمنونٱلْمَنُونِa misfortune of time."Or say they: (he is) a poet, (one) for whom we may expect the accident of time?Or do they say: “He is a poet for whom we await a misfortune[11]”?Or do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time"?[1557]Or do they say:- "A Poet! we await for him some calamity (hatched) by Time!" |
| 31 | قُلْ تَرَبَّصُواْ فَإِنِّي مَعَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْمُتَرَبِّصِينَqulقلقُلْSay,tarabbaṣūتربصواتَرَبَّصُواْ"Wait,fa-innīفإنيفَإِنِّىfor indeed I am,maʿakumمعكممَعَكُمwith you,minaمنمِّنَamongl-mutarabiṣīnaالمتربصينٱلْمُتَرَبِّصِينَthose who wait."Say (unto them): Except (your fill)! Lo! I am with you among the expectant.Say, “Wait, I too am waiting with you.”Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters."Say thou: "Await ye!- I too will wait along with you!" |
| 32 | أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآۚ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمَ طَاغُونَamأمأَمْOrtamuruhumتأمرهمتَأْمُرُهُمْcommand themaḥlāmuhumأحلامهمأَحْلَٰمُهُمtheir mindsbihādhāبهذابِهَٰذَآthis,amأمأَمْorhumهمهُمْtheyqawmunقومقَوْمٌ(are) a peopleṭāghūnaطاغونطَاغُونَtransgressing?Do their minds command them to do this, or are they an outrageous folk?Do their minds[12] prompt them to say such things, or are they transgressing people?Or do their minds[1558] command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people?Is it that their faculties of understanding urge them to this, or are they but a people transgressing beyond bounds? |
| 33 | أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُۚ بَل لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَamأمأَمْOryaqūlūnaيقولونيَقُولُونَ(do) they say,taqawwalahuتقولهتَقَوَّلَهُ"He has made it up"balبلبَلNay,lāلالَّاnotyu'minūnaيؤمنونيُؤْمِنُونَthey believe.Or say they: He hath invented it? Nay, but they will not believe!Or do they say, “He has made this [Qur’an] up”? Rather, they are not willing to believe.Or do they say, "He has made it up"? Rather, they do not believe.Or do they say, "He fabricated the (Message)"? Nay, they have no faith! |
| 34 | فَلْيَأْتُواْ بِحَدِيثٖ مِّثْلِهِۦٓ إِن كَانُواْ صَٰدِقِينَfalyatūفليأتوافَلْيَأْتُواْThen let them bringbiḥadīthinبحديثبِحَدِيثٍa statementmith'lihiمثلهمِّثْلِهِۦٓlike it,inإنإِنifkānūكانواكَانُواْthey areṣādiqīnaصادقينصَٰدِقِينَtruthful.Then let them produce speech the like thereof, if they are truthful.Then let them produce a discourse like this, if they are truthful[13].Then let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful.Let them then produce a recital like unto it,- If (it be) they speak the truth! |
| 35 | أَمْ خُلِقُواْ مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰلِقُونَamأمأَمْOrkhuliqūخلقواخُلِقُواْthey were createdminمنمِنْofghayriغيرغَيْرِnothing,shayinشيءشَىْءٍnothing,amأمأَمْorhumuهمهُمُ(are) theyl-khāliqūnaالخالقونٱلْخَٰلِقُونَthe creators?Or were they created out of naught? Or are they the creators?Were they created by none, or were they the creators [of themselves]?Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]?Were they created of nothing, or were they themselves the creators? |
| 36 | أَمْ خَلَقُواْ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَۚ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَamأمأَمْOrkhalaqūخلقواخَلَقُواْ(did) they createl-samāwātiالسماواتٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِthe heavenswal-arḍaوالأرضوَٱلْأَرْضَand the earth?balبلبَلNay,lāلالَّاnotyūqinūnaيوقنونيُوقِنُونَthey are certain.Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, but they are sure of nothing!Or did they create the heavens and earth? Rather, they are not certain in faith.Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain.Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, they have no firm belief. |
| 37 | أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَآئِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْمُصَۜيْطِرُونَamأمأَمْOrʿindahumعندهمعِندَهُمْwith themkhazāinuخزائنخَزَآئِنُ(are the) treasuresrabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lordamأمأَمْorhumuهمهُمُ(are) theyl-muṣayṭirūnaالمصيطرونٱلْمُصَۣيْطِرُونَthe controllers?Or do they own the treasures of thy Lord? Or have they been given charge (thereof)?Or do they possess the treasures of your Lord, or do they have full control [of everything]?Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]?Or are the Treasures of thy Lord with them, or are they the managers (of affairs)? |
| 38 | أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِۖ فَلْيَأْتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍamأمأَمْOrlahumلهملَهُمْfor themsullamunسلمسُلَّمٌ(is) a stairway,yastamiʿūnaيستمعونيَسْتَمِعُونَthey listenfīhiفيهفِيهِtherewith?falyatiفليأتفَلْيَأْتِThen let bring,mus'tamiʿuhumمستمعهممُسْتَمِعُهُمtheir listener,bisul'ṭāninبسلطانبِسُلْطَٰنٍan authoritymubīninمبينمُّبِينٍclear.Or have they any stairway (unto heaven) by means of which they overhear (decrees). Then let their listener produce some warrant manifest!Or do they have a stairway [to the heaven] by which they eavesdrop? Then let those who eavesdrop produce a compelling proof.Or have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority [i.e., proof].Or have they a ladder, by which they can (climb up to heaven and) listen (to its secrets)? Then let (such a) listener of theirs produce a manifest proof. |
| 39 | أَمْ لَهُ ٱلْبَنَٰتُ وَلَكُمُ ٱلْبَنُونَamأمأَمْOrlahuلهلَهُfor Himl-banātuالبناتٱلْبَنَٰتُ(are) daughterswalakumuولكموَلَكُمُwhile for youl-banūnaالبنونٱلْبَنُونَ(are) sons?Or hath He daughters whereas ye have sons?Or does He have daughters while you have sons[14]?Or has He daughters while you have sons?Or has He only daughters and ye have sons? |
| 40 | أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ أَجْرٗا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٖ مُّثْقَلُونَamأمأَمْOrtasaluhumتسألهمتَسْـَٔلُهُمْ(do) you ask from themajranأجراأَجْرًاa payment,fahumفهمفَهُمso theyminمنمِّنfrommaghraminمغرممَّغْرَمٍa debtmuth'qalūnaمثقلونمُّثْقَلُونَ(are) overburdened.Or askest thou (Muhammad) a fee from them so that they are plunged in debt?Or are you asking them [O Prophet] for a reward so they are overburdened by debt?Or do you, [O Muḥammad], ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down?Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- |
| 41 | أَمْ عِندَهُمُ ٱلْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَamأمأَمْOrʿindahumuعندهمعِندَهُمُwith theml-ghaybuالغيبٱلْغَيْبُ(is) the unseen,fahumفهمفَهُمْso theyyaktubūnaيكتبونيَكْتُبُونَwrite (it) down?Or possess they the Unseen so that they can write (it) down?Or do they have [the knowledge of] the unseen so they are writing it down?Or have they [knowledge of] the unseen, so they write [it] down?Or that the Unseen in it their hands, and they write it down? |
| 42 | أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدٗاۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ هُمُ ٱلْمَكِيدُونَamأمأَمْOryurīdūnaيريدونيُرِيدُونَ(do) they intendkaydanكيداكَيْدًاa plot?fa-alladhīnaفالذينفَٱلَّذِينَBut those whokafarūكفرواكَفَرُواْdisbelieve,humuهمهُمُthemselvesl-makīdūnaالمكيدونٱلْمَكِيدُونَ(are in) the plot.Or seek they to ensnare (the messenger)? But those who disbelieve, they are the ensnared!Or do they intend a plot [against the Prophet]? But the plot of the disbelievers will rebound against themselves.Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan.Or do they intend a plot (against thee)? But those who defy Allah are themselves involved in a Plot! |
| 43 | أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ ٱللَّهِۚ سُبْحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَamأمأَمْOrlahumلهملَهُمْfor themilāhunإلهإِلَٰهٌa godghayruغيرغَيْرُother thanl-lahiاللهٱللَّهِAllah?sub'ḥānaسبحانسُبْحَٰنَGlory bel-lahiاللهٱللَّهِ(to) Allahʿammāعماعَمَّاfrom whatyush'rikūnaيشركونيُشْرِكُونَthey associate (with Him).Or have they any god beside Allah? Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)!Or do they have a god other than Allah? Glory be to Allah far above what they associate with Him.Or have they a deity other than Allāh? Exalted is Allāh above whatever they associate with Him.Or have they a god other than Allah? Exalted is Allah far above the things they associate with Him! |
| 44 | وَإِن يَرَوْاْ كِسْفٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطٗا يَقُولُواْ سَحَابَ مَّرْكُومَwa-inوإنوَإِنAnd ifyarawيروايَرَوْاْthey were to seekis'fanكسفاكِسْفًاa portionminaمنمِّنَfroml-samāiالسماءٱلسَّمَآءِthe skysāqiṭanساقطاسَاقِطًاfalling,yaqūlūيقولوايَقُولُواْthey will say,saḥābunسحابسَحَابٌ"Cloudsmarkūmunمركوممَّرْكُومٌheaped up."And if they were to see a fragment of the heaven falling, they would say: A heap of clouds.If they were to see pieces of the sky falling down[15], they would still say, “[This is only] a mass of clouds.”And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling,[1559] they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up."Were they to see a piece of the sky falling (on them), they would (only) say: "Clouds gathered in heaps!" |
| 45 | فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَfadharhumفذرهمفَذَرْهُمْSo leave themḥattāحتىحَتَّىٰuntilyulāqūيلاقوايُلَٰقُواْthey meetyawmahumuيومهميَوْمَهُمُtheir Dayalladhīالذيٱلَّذِىwhichfīhiفيهفِيهِin ityuṣ'ʿaqūnaيصعقونيُصْعَقُونَthey will faint.Then let them be (O Muhammad), till they meet their day, in which they will be thunder-stricken,So leave them alone until they encounter their Day in which they will be struck down[16],So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible -So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs, wherein they shall (perforce) swoon (with terror),- |
| 46 | يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْـٔٗا وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَyawmaيوميَوْمَ(The) Daylāلالَاnotyugh'nīيغنييُغْنِىwill availʿanhumعنهمعَنْهُمْto themkayduhumكيدهمكَيْدُهُمْtheir plottingshayanشيئاشَيْـًٔا(in) anything,walāولاوَلَاand nothumهمهُمْtheyyunṣarūnaينصرونيُنصَرُونَwill be helped.A day in which their guile will naught avail them, nor will they be helped.the Day their plots will not avail them in the least, nor will they be helped.The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped.The Day when their plotting will avail them nothing and no help shall be given them. |
| 47 | وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ عَذَابٗا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَwa-innaوإنوَإِنَّAnd indeed,lilladhīnaللذينلِلَّذِينَfor those whoẓalamūظلمواظَلَمُواْdo wrong,ʿadhābanعذاباعَذَابًا(is) a punishmentdūnaدوندُونَbeforedhālikaذلكذَٰلِكَthat,walākinnaولكنوَلَٰكِنَّbutaktharahumأكثرهمأَكْثَرَهُمْmost of themlāلالَا(do) notyaʿlamūnaيعلمونيَعْلَمُونَknow.And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a punishment beyond that. But most of them know not.And for the wrongdoers, there will be another punishment before that[17], but most of them do not know.And indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment[1560] before that, but most of them do not know.And verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment besides this: But most of them understand not. |
| 48 | وَٱصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَاۖ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُwa-iṣ'birواصبروَٱصْبِرْSo be patient,liḥuk'miلحكملِحُكْمِfor (the) Commandrabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lord,fa-innakaفإنكفَإِنَّكَfor indeed, youbi-aʿyunināبأعيننابِأَعْيُنِنَا(are) in Our Eyes.wasabbiḥوسبحوَسَبِّحْAnd glorifybiḥamdiبحمدبِحَمْدِ(the) praiserabbikaربكرَبِّكَ(of) your Lordḥīnaحينحِينَwhentaqūmuتقومتَقُومُyou arise,So wait patiently (O Muhammad) for thy Lord's decree, for surely thou art in Our sight; and hymn the praise of thy Lord when thou uprisest,Be patient [O Prophet] with your Lord’s decree, for indeed you are under Our [Watchful] Eyes. And glorify the praises of your Lord when you rise.And be patient, [O Muḥammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes [i.e., sight]. And exalt [Allāh] with praise of your Lord when you ariseNow await in patience the command of thy Lord: for verily thou art in Our eyes: and celebrate the praises of thy Lord the while thou standest forth, |
| 49 | وَمِنَ ٱلَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَٰرَ ٱلنُّجُومِwaminaومنوَمِنَAnd ofal-layliالليلٱلَّيْلِthe night,fasabbiḥ'huفسبحهفَسَبِّحْهُglorify Him,wa-id'bāraوإدباروَإِدْبَٰرَand afterl-nujūmiالنجومٱلنُّجُومِthe stars.And in the night-time also hymn His praise, and at the setting of the stars.And glorify Him at night and when the stars fade away[18].And in a part of the night exalt Him and after [the setting of] the stars.And for part of the night also praise thou Him,- and at the retreat of the stars! |

| ﱇ | ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄ ﱅ ﱆ |
| ﱕ | ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ ﱎﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ |
| ﱛ | ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ |
| ﱤ | ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ |
| ﱫ | ﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ |
| ﱴ | ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ |
| ﲉ | ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ |

| ﱙ | ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ |
| ﱢ | ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ |
| ﱫ | ﱣ ﱤ ﱥ ﱦﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ |
| ﱳ | ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ |
| ﱾ | ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸﱹ ﱺ ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ |
| ﲄ | ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ |
| ﲌ | ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ |
| ﲒ | ﲍ ﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ |
| ﲛ | ﲓ ﲔ ﲕﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ |
| ﲦ | ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ |
| ﲰ | ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ |
| ﲸ | ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ |
| ﳂ | ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ |

ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ

ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ ﱍ ﱎﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ
ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ
ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ ﱥ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ
ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯﱰ ﱱ
ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸ ﱹ ﱺ
ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂﲃ ﲄ ﲅ ﲆ
ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ ﲌ ﲍ ﲎ ﲏ
ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ
ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ
ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ

ﳑ ﳒ ﳓ ﳔ ﳕ ﳖ ﳗ ﳘ ﳙ
ﱁ ﱂ ﱃ ﱄﱅ ﱆ ﱇ ﱈ ﱉ ﱊ ﱋ ﱌ ﱍﱎ
ﱏ ﱐ ﱑ ﱒ ﱓ ﱔ ﱕ ﱖ ﱗ ﱘ
ﱙ ﱚ ﱛ ﱜ ﱝ ﱞ ﱟ ﱠ ﱡ ﱢ ﱣ ﱤ
ﱥ ﱦﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱭ ﱮ ﱯ
ﱰ ﱱ ﱲ ﱳ ﱴ ﱵ ﱶ ﱷ ﱸﱹ ﱺ
ﱻ ﱼ ﱽ ﱾ ﱿ ﲀ ﲁ ﲂ ﲃ ﲄ
ﲅ ﲆ ﲇ ﲈ ﲉ ﲊ ﲋ ﲌ ﲍ ﲎ ﲏ
ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕﲖ ﲗ ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ
ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ
ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ
ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ
ﲿ ﳀ ﳁ ﳂ ﳃ ﳄ ﳅ ﳆ ﳇ ﳈ ﳉ
ﳊ ﳋ ﳌ ﳍ ﳎ ﳏ ﳐ ﳑ ﳒﳓ ﳔ
ﳕ ﳖ ﳗ ﳘ ﳙ ﳚ ﳛ ﳜ ﳝ ﳞ ﳟ
وَالطُّورِ ١ وَكِتَابٍ مَّسْطُورٍ ٢ فِي رَقٍّ مَّنشُورٍ ٣ وَالْبَيْتِ
الْمَعْمُورِ ٤ وَالسَّقْفِ الْمَرْفُوعِ ٥ وَالْبَحْرِ الْمَسْجُورِ ٦ إِنَّ
عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَاقِعٌ ٧ مَّا لَهُ مِن دَافِعٍ ٨ يَوْمَ تَمُورُ السَّمَاءُ
مَوْرًا ٩ وَتَسِيرُ الْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا ١٠ فَوَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
١١ الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي خَوْضٍ يَلْعَبُونَ ١٢ يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ
جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا ١٣ هَٰذِهِ النَّارُ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ١٤
أَفَسِحْرٌ هَٰذَا أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ ١٥ اصْلَوْهَا فَاصْبِرُوا
أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ١٦
إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ ١٧ فَاكِهِينَ بِمَا آتَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ
وَوَقَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ ١٨ كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا
كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ١٩ مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مَّصْفُوفَةٍ وَزَوَّجْنَاهُم
بِحُورٍ عِينٍ ٢٠ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَاتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَانٍ أَلْحَقْنَا
بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَا أَلَتْنَاهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ بِمَا
كَسَبَ رَهِينٌ ٢١ وَأَمْدَدْنَاهُم بِفَاكِهَةٍ وَلَحْمٍ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ ٢٢
يَتَنَازَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسًا لَّا لَغْوٌ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمٌ ٢٣ ۞ وَيَطُوفُ
عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٌ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌ مَّكْنُونٌ ٢٤ وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ
بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ ٢٥ قَالُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِي أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ
٢٦ فَمَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَانَا عَذَابَ السَّمُومِ ٢٧ إِنَّا كُنَّا
مِن قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْبَرُّ الرَّحِيمُ ٢٨ فَذَكِّرْ فَمَا أَنتَ بِنِعْمَتِ
رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٍ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍ ٢٩ أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٌ نَّتَرَبَّصُ بِهِ رَيْبَ
الْمَنُونِ ٣٠ قُلْ تَرَبَّصُوا فَإِنِّي مَعَكُم مِّنَ الْمُتَرَبِّصِينَ ٣١
أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَامُهُم بِهَٰذَا أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ ٣٢ أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُ
بَل لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٣٣ فَلْيَأْتُوا بِحَدِيثٍ مِّثْلِهِ إِن كَانُوا صَادِقِينَ
٣٤ أَمْ خُلِقُوا مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ الْخَالِقُونَ ٣٥ أَمْ خَلَقُوا
السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ ٣٦ أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَائِنُ رَبِّكَ
أَمْ هُمُ الْمُصَيْطِرُونَ ٣٧ أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٌ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ فَلْيَأْتِ
مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ ٣٨ أَمْ لَهُ الْبَنَاتُ وَلَكُمُ الْبَنُونَ ٣٩
أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ أَجْرًا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٍ مُّثْقَلُونَ ٤٠ أَمْ عِندَهُمُ الْغَيْبُ
فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ ٤١ أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدًا فَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هُمُ الْمَكِيدُونَ ٤٢
أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ ٤٣ وَإِن يَرَوْا كِسْفًا
مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ سَاقِطًا يَقُولُوا سَحَابٌ مَّرْكُومٌ ٤٤ فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَاقُوا
يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ ٤٥ يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئًا
وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ ٤٦ وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا عَذَابًا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ
أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ٤٧ وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَسَبِّحْ
بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ ٤٨ وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَارَ النُّجُومِ ٤٩
وَٱلطُّورِ ١ وَكِتَٰبٖ مَّسْطُورٖ ٢ فِي رَقّٖ مَّنشُورٖ ٣ وَٱلْبَيْتِ
ٱلْمَعْمُورِ ٤ وَٱلسَّقْفِ ٱلْمَرْفُوعِ ٥ وَٱلْبَحْرِ ٱلْمَسْجُورِ ٦ إِنَّ
عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعَ ٧ مَّا لَهُ مِن دَافِعٖ ٨ يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ
مَوْرٗا ٩ وَتَسِيرُ ٱلْجِبَالُ سَيْرٗا ١٠ فَوَيْلَ يَوْمَئِذٖ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
١١ ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي خَوْضٖ يَلْعَبُونَ ١٢ يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ
جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا ١٣ هَٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ ١٤
أَفَسِحْرٌ هَٰذَآ أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ ١٥ ٱصْلَوْهَا فَٱصْبِرُوٓاْ
أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمْۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ١٦
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّٰتٖ وَنَعِيمٖ ١٧ فَٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ
وَوَقَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْجَحِيمِ ١٨ كُلُواْ وَٱشْرَبُواْ هَنِيٓـَٔۢا بِمَا
كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ١٩ مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مَّصْفُوفَةٖۖ وَزَوَّجْنَٰهُم
بِحُورٍ عِينٖ ٢٠ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَٰنٍ أَلْحَقْنَا
بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَآ أَلَتْنَٰهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيْءٖۚ كُلُّ ٱمْرِيِٕۭ بِمَا
كَسَبَ رَهِينَ ٢١ وَأَمْدَدْنَٰهُم بِفَٰكِهَةٖ وَلَحْمٖ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ ٢٢
يَتَنَٰزَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسٗا لَّا لَغْوَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمَ ٢٣ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ
غِلْمَانَ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤَ مَّكْنُونَ ٢٤ وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ
بَعْضٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ ٢٥ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِيٓ أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ
٢٦ فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَىٰنَا عَذَابَ ٱلسَّمُومِ ٢٧ إِنَّا كُنَّا
مِن قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُۖ إِنَّهُ هُوَ ٱلْبَرُّ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ٢٨ فَذَكِّرْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِنِعْمَتِ
رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٖ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍ ٢٩ أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرَ نَّتَرَبَّصُ بِهِۦ رَيْبَ
ٱلْمَنُونِ ٣٠ قُلْ تَرَبَّصُواْ فَإِنِّي مَعَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْمُتَرَبِّصِينَ ٣١
أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآۚ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمَ طَاغُونَ ٣٢ أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُۚ
بَل لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٣٣ فَلْيَأْتُواْ بِحَدِيثٖ مِّثْلِهِۦٓ إِن كَانُواْ صَٰدِقِينَ
٣٤ أَمْ خُلِقُواْ مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰلِقُونَ ٣٥ أَمْ خَلَقُواْ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَۚ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ ٣٦ أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَآئِنُ رَبِّكَ
أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْمُصَۜيْطِرُونَ ٣٧ أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِۖ فَلْيَأْتِ
مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍ ٣٨ أَمْ لَهُ ٱلْبَنَٰتُ وَلَكُمُ ٱلْبَنُونَ ٣٩
أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ أَجْرٗا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٖ مُّثْقَلُونَ ٤٠ أَمْ عِندَهُمُ ٱلْغَيْبُ
فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ ٤١ أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدٗاۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ هُمُ ٱلْمَكِيدُونَ ٤٢
أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ ٱللَّهِۚ سُبْحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ ٤٣ وَإِن يَرَوْاْ كِسْفٗا
مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطٗا يَقُولُواْ سَحَابَ مَّرْكُومَ ٤٤ فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ
يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ ٤٥ يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْـٔٗا
وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ ٤٦ وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ عَذَابٗا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ
أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ٤٧ وَٱصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَاۖ وَسَبِّحْ
بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ ٤٨ وَمِنَ ٱلَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَٰرَ ٱلنُّجُومِ ٤٩
ﲎ ﲏ ﲐ ﲑ ﲒ ﲓ ﲔ ﲕ ﲖ ﲗ
ﲘ ﲙ ﲚ ﲛ ﲜ ﲝ ﲞ ﲟ ﲠ
ﲡ ﲢ ﲣ ﲤ ﲥ ﲦ ﲧ ﲨ ﲩ ﲪ ﲫ ﲬ
ﲭ ﲮ ﲯ ﲰ ﲱ ﲲ ﲳ ﲴ ﲵ ﲶ
ﲷ ﲸ ﲹ ﲺ ﲻ ﲼ ﲽ ﲾ ﲿ ﳀ
